Apartment holiday rentals in Colombo

I was privileged to have stayed at 7 Amber as it brought back nostalgic memories of my childhood. The welcome Ravi and Rohini gave me was warm, friendly and typical of Sri Lankan hospitality. On arrival, I found food in the fridge to keep me going for the first couple of days. This helped me to get settled and enjoy the the apartment. The apartment was like a home from home. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. It was spacious, clean and safe. The flat was very well equipped. There was a balcony at the front with a decked area. It was lovely to sit, enjoy a cup of Ceylon tea and listen to the birds. The apartment is an ideal location as it was very central and you could walk to the shops, supermarkets, hotels and restaurants. Ravi and Rohini were very friendly, kind and helpful. They even brought delicious home cooked Sri Lankan food for me on several occasions. I was very sad to leave as I felt I had become part of the family. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Absolutely incredible stay! We stayed here for 3 nights! Bryan’s place in Colombo exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos —if not better in person! It's impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is a highlight—breathtaking cityscape that truly makes you feel like you're in the heart of Colombo. The natural light pouring in during the day, and the calming ambiance at night, created the perfect vibe whether I was relaxing or getting work done. Location-wise, it's fantastic—central, safe, and close to all major attractions, cafes, and convenience stores. Whether you're here for sightseeing, business, or a short stopover, this spot is a gem. He was responsive and genuinely invested in making my stay seamless. Would I come back? Absolutely. Highly recommend Bryan’s place to anyone visiting Colombo. 😀

My family and I had a great stay at Lahiru’s place! He was very responsive and waited for us to arrive after midnight! His place is very clean and in a great location - would highly recommend!

A lovely three bed room apartment in a central location. We had a lovely stay. The host Marco and Ryan were maintain good communication during the booking process and during our stay. They were helpful, flexible and supportive with all our requirements. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Peter was an amazingly proactive and helpful host, more than happy to give help and advice and answer any questions. The apartment was just as described. Very comfortable with good facilities and a perfect mix of being on a relatively quiet street with sea views but so close to amenities and transport options.

* Full privacy during the stay. can access anytime to the premises without disturbance to outsiders. * Cool and good ventilation inside the apartment. hence no AC isn't a problem to worry * parking is there outside the apartment in the main road. however it's risky. * Easy access to so many locations and services * Responsible and friendly guy Thank you

Janik’s place was absolutely the best. There was so much attention to detail. The kitchen had all necessities. The bathrooms had all the amenities plus towels in all sizes. There was a lot of storage space in all the rooms & kitchen. The washing machine was very useful for a long stay. Even washing powder was provided (but we prefer liquid detergent so we got our own). In addition to the three main rooms there was a small extra room and an additional bathroom of a good size, which we didn’t know was there when we went. (We didn’t have to use this but shared the info in case someone is interested). All the rooms & the living room were very cheerful with windows facing outside & a lot of sunshine coming in, which I loved! The scenery was beautiful as it overlooked the Colombo golf course! It was very peaceful with the sounds of birds chirping & no traffic noise. The very best part was that the place was squeaky clean with comfy beds! Total value for money! Thank u Janik!

We stayed at Nidaal’s place for 4 weeks. The flat is incredibly spacious with incredible views over the Lotus tower. The apartment building gives access to the pool and gym which are both great facilities. Nidaal was very quick to communicate with us and sorted any issues we had promptly and checked in with us across our stay to make sure we were all well! The cleaner is also very lovely and always cleaned the apartment to a high standard. Definitely an ideal place to stay in Colombo- thank you Nidaal!

Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night before our flight home, but we have very fond memories of our stay at Mahagedara! At first, we had a little trouble finding the place, but we quickly received all the necessary directions. The apartment is very spacious and well-maintained. The rooms have air conditioning and fans. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and two bathrooms (one connected to a bedroom), along with clean towels and bed linens. The view from the window was fantastic, and the balcony was very large. Additionally, there is access to a rooftop pool with a breathtaking view. We also received numerous recommendations for nearby restaurants and must-visit places. I highly recommend it, and I hope to return someday!

We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. She also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. Thanks so much Tash!😊🙏

This is a home away from home. Staff and the owner were very proactive with communications. Internet was fast and convenient for working remotely. This apartment is world class. Thank you Nadith and your staff for the enjoyable stay for me.

We stayed at Nirmalie’s place for over three months and had a truly wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly warm and friendly, and they arranged weekly room cleaning which kept everything neat and comfortable. The welcome basket is just too kind, including snacks, milk, coffee even butter. One of the highlights of our stay was their help in recovering a lost phone—we had almost given up hope, but they went above and beyond to help us get it back. We highly recommend this lovely and welcoming home for anyone looking for a long or short stay!

Staying at this apartment felt like a true home away from home. Moving out of our childhood house was a big transition, but this space made it easier. It was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen was well-equipped with charming dishes, making even simple meals enjoyable. Both bedrooms had lovely balconies with breathtaking views, perfect for travellers. One of the most special sights was a serene Buddha statue on a nearby rooftop, glowing beautifully at night. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, helping us extend our stay when needed. On checkout day, an emergency came up, and he graciously allowed us a late checkout. His hospitality truly made a difference. Whether you're visiting for a short stay or need a comfortable transition space like us, this apartment is an excellent choice. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of warmth during their stay.

This was a new and very clean, well-furnished apartment, located in a very good area. Trizen Apartments are very famous in Colombo and provide excellent service. I am very happy with it.

Very warm cordial and helpful host. Very convenient and secure location with a Mall close by which had a lot of options for variety of food. Availability of Walking trail , Swimming Pool and Gym facilities within the compound of the property was ideal.

Noel was an excellent host. Check in was a breeze in spite of our late arrival time. The apartment was fantastic in a great location as well. Noel was able to access us with a late check out as well which was greatly appreciated. We loved this place and highly recommended Noel as a host

Amazing Stay with Wonderful Hosts! My stay at Guari and Suhana’s place was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Guari and Suhana were incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions I had. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend their place to anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience. I would love to stay here again! This is a fantastic apartment in a lovely upmarket neighbourhood of Colombo. Shayani was great to communicate with, check-in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. The flat is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the balcony provides a superb view towards the Colombo seafront. There’s a great little supermarket nearby, along with a Barista coffee shop. In addition to the trendy Wildish restaurant on the ground floor of the building, there are many great restaurants in Park St Mews which is an easy walking distance. This apartment is highly recommmended. We will definitely return. Five stars.

Second time we stayed here and it didn’t let us down. Very much private as described. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning in a near future.

The apartment is centrally located in one of the nicest areas in Colombo. Great shopping, food, amenities, parks all around with very easy access to some of the best malls in Colombo. The suit itself is amazing with two very nice swimming pools, a large fully equipped gym, free access to pool tables and a nice cafe. The apartment itself is clean and felt luxurious. It is one of the best stays I've had in a long time. Benjamin is an excellent host. He was very responsive and even cleared up a small issue which came up due to a severe storm in Cololmbo. The apartment is build very well and was barely affected by the shock weather, so safety standards were clearly very strong.
