Outstanding stay!! The house itself was beautiful - fantastic outdoor spaces with beautiful views, great beds, great pool, and a well appointed kitchen. It is easily walkable to the charming little town nearby, with its great restaurants and shops. Perfect for a multigenerational stay. Floortje was a wonderful host, she was incredibly helpful with any questions and needs we had. She went above and beyond for us. We will absolutely stay here again!!!

Un immense merci à Alexandra pour son accueil chaleureux et sa bienveillance tout au long de notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La maison est absolument magnifique, très bien entretenue, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Elle est idéalement située, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la région sans contrainte. Tout était réuni pour passer un séjour des plus agréables. Ce fut un véritable plaisir de loger ici, et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette expérience. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et espérons avoir la chance d’y revenir !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Oscar. Nous avons été accueillis avec sourire et gentillesse par lui-même et sa petite famille. La maison est splendide et fonctionnelle . Les chambres sont très grandes. Le fait d’avoir 4 chambres à l’étage et 2 à l’intérieur au même que la cuisine nous ont permis de vivre avec nos enfants en bas âge sans déranger le reste de la famille avec nos horaires matinaux. Un peu comme un appartement dans la maison . La piscine et les extérieurs sont plus qu’agréables. La maisons se destine tout autant à un voyage en famille comme le notre ( 11 personnes ) , qu’à un séjour entre amis , Les restaurants des environs sont délicieux . Oscar est également de très bon conseil. Localisation idéale pour les cyclistes, tant pour la route ( vallonnée ) que pour le VTT qui nous a permis de visiter cette superbe région et ses panoramas. Nous n’avons pas eu de chance avec le temps mais cela ne nous a pas empêché d’y passer un superbe séjour . Merci

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette superbe villa ! Le cadre est idyllique, avec une vue imprenable. La maison est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée, et décorée avec goût. On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Mention spéciale pour la piscine, idéale pour se détendre après une journée de visite, balade ou même après la plage. L’emplacement est également top : au calme, tout en étant proche du centre-ville 20 min voiture centre Nice et plage 20 min voiture (Attention 5 min de petit chemin pour l’accès à la villa). Nicolas est très réactif ,de bon conseils et disponibles . Une adresse que nous recommandons sans problème.

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

La villa è molto bella ed è situata in un'ottima posizione. La casa è molto ben dotata di tutto quello che serve e la piscina e l'idromassaggio con vista sono due notevoli plus, Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana aiutati anche dal tempo che è stato veramente molto bello. Consiglio assolutamente la villa senza riserve!

We had a wonderful stay at Patrick and Isabelle’s beautiful villa. The view is absolutely stunning, the apartment is very clean and tastefully furnished. Everything was perfect for relaxing. My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

Nous remercions Daniela pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et réactivité (en effet, nous avons rencontré un problème de règlement avec BNB l'avant veille de partir). Arrivés à St Paul de Vence, Daniela nous a réservés un accueil chaleureux et la "Bergerie" a correspondu vraiment à nos attentes dans un cadre exceptionnel. Merci pour les petites douceurs et rafraichissements à notre disposition. . Pour nous deux, ces quelques jours ont été ressourçant entre ballades, découvertes culturelles de cette très belle région et détente le soir dans ce bel écrin de verdure. We had a wonderful stay at Aurélie’s home in Antibes. The apartment was clean, charming, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the old town, beaches, and local markets. It was the perfect home base for exploring the Côte d’Azur. Aurélie was a thoughtful and responsive host, offering great local recommendations and making sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The space had everything we needed and more, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Antibes. We would absolutely come back!

Caroline’s house is beautiful. She was very helpful throughout our stay and made this a very memorable vacation for us. We were a group of 9, and traveled with a baby. She set up a crib and chair for her, made sure everything was comfortable and checked in on us. I would highly recommend her house and would easily go back again!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette superbe maison entièrement rénovée. Tout est pensé pour le confort : les espaces sont spacieux, la décoration est de très bon goût, et on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine, vraiment très bien équipée, et la literie, super confortable ! La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus, surtout en début de saison. Un grand merci à Lucie et Olivier pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Ils ont su répondre à toutes nos questions avec gentillesse et réactivité. Nous repartons ravis, avec l’envie de revenir très vite !

Le logement de Max et Léa est situé à un emplacement absolument idéal, face à la mer et avec le marché aux fleurs et la vielle ville de Nice à 1 minute à pieds, ce qui nous a permis de choisir librement quoi faire et où aller sans aucune contrainte. Notre famille nombreuse a pu se réunir dans cette grande maison où il y a eu de la place pour tout le monde, 6 grandes chambres, ce qui a été un vrai bonheur! Max et Léa ont été extremement gentils et disponibles dès le début, prets à nous aider et ils nous ont meme fournit un lit pour bébé supplémentaire. Nous recommandons vivement, sans aucune hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

Wir hatten eine unglaublich tolle Zeit bei Phil und Geneviève! Die beiden sind extrem zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Lage, Wohnung, Garten, Kommunikation - alles war super! Die Wohnung und der Garten sind perfekt! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

Logement exceptionnel ! Une vraie perle nichée sur les hauteurs entre Nice et Cannes. Vannina est très réactive, disponible et d’une extrême gentillesse. Un séjour parfait !

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!
