Very cozy house, very comfortable for large groups given the number of beds. The listing description perfectly matches what it really looks like. The host provided us with all the check-in information clearly and completely. Overall we had a very good time

We were on our way to Le Marche and the stopover at Claudio's was perfect. A few hundred meters away is a small supermarket where you can also get some meals. Right next to it is the Parco Comunale where our 2-year-old son could play. There was even a bar that is open from 8 in the morning for coffee, sandwiches and later in the day also a drink. All great! Claudio is a nice guy and speaks a good word of English!

We were traveling with another family. The accommodation was perfect also for our toddlers. we immediately felt comfortable as if it were our home. There was enough space in and around the house for the kids to play. In general, the apartment was very spacious. The two bathrooms were all rounded off. Two towels had been provided for each guest whether large or small. Very nice of Laura. In addition, she provided the beds for us as we needed. The communication with Laura was perfect. She and her partner were very helpful and explained everything to us superbly. In addition, you have also left a little attention there for the children. We will be happy to come back to you. ❤️

there were five of us on the road because of the furniture fair in milano... to the fair rho we only had 20 min. !! it had enough space for our 2 cars... which were parked in a protected area. the house itself is a bit outdated but in a very good condition and well furnished . ( beautiful and large garden / all protected with a fence ) in the house itself it has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... on the lower floor it even has a third bathroom . Living room and kitchen.. large ! we enjoyed our stay very much and thank Alberto for his uncomplicated and reliable manner . we'll be back... :-)

Just came to Milan for one night on business — happy I chose this place

The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

Hosts were very kind and helpful with local recommendations. They responded timely to any questions or concerns we had. The place had stunning views as advertised. It was a bit tricky to get to but the instructions were clear.

We had a lovely long weekend in the villa. Cristina met us and showed us around, pointing out the pictures on the walls of her ancestors. The place is enormous, with huge ceilings. The furniture is beautiful, with inlaid wood and delicate ornamentation. Most of the 20th century things are in the kitchen. It was like living in the 18th century. Best of all was the porch – a huge south-facing space, open to the elements, with curtains that could be closed if it rained or if the sun was too hot. We spend most of our time there, just relaxing in the bamboo chairs. The gardens were lush, with a special pathway down to a (locked) gate to the church. One evening we had a local trattoria bring us some local wine and food (as Cristina had recommended). That meal, like the rest of our stay there, was an unforgettable experience.

We spent 4 nights in Valerio's home. The house is very large , we were 2 families, so the two independent accommodations were very convenient. The house is close to the center of Cernobbio 10 minutes walk. Charming village . It's easy to take the boat to visit the towns around the lake. The view from the house is nice. Small downside for parking: we had a 9-seater vehicle and it was very difficult to get into the driveway (narrow gate width) and turn around. Another thing to review: many broken furniture: the sofa bed in the living room has one foot less and was held with a stack of books, also broken bed slats and chairs too. Outdoor furniture would have been nice because you had to take the table out of the inside to put it outside. As well as a few outdoor chairs to enjoy the park and the shade would be more. We recommend this property for a stay in Como

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

Great experience, very beautifully decorated house, lots of entertainment facilities, great care.If you have the opportunity, be sure to try the dinner prepared by the host in the garden, and then go to the hostess to see her small animals in the back of the hill.

We were very happy with the place. The pool is a good way to cool off. The accommodation is functionally furnished and has everything you need. There are also delicious restaurants nearby and you can get to Milan relatively quickly by car or bus and train. Overall, the accommodation is well suited and recommended for a couple or a small family.

We cycled the Milano San Remo Amatori, so this was the perfect base for our adventure as it was only 3km from the started. The house was very clean and had all the utilities which you needed, the host is super friendly and very responsive.
