Villa holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Milan

We were very happy to have stayed in Stefania's house! I recommend this destination to those who want to spend days in peace. The house is large, very welcoming and super clean. Stefania was very precise, provided us with all the necessary information and made herself available for anything we might need. I'd add that she was also very nice, because she gave us a bottle of wine and brought us some lentils (super good) that she had cooked for New Year's Eve.

Very cozy house, very comfortable for large groups given the number of beds. The listing description perfectly matches what it really looks like. The host provided us with all the check-in information clearly and completely. Overall we had a very good time

We were traveling with another family. The accommodation was perfect also for our toddlers. we immediately felt comfortable as if it were our home. There was enough space in and around the house for the kids to play. In general, the apartment was very spacious. The two bathrooms were all rounded off. Two towels had been provided for each guest whether large or small. Very nice of Laura. In addition, she provided the beds for us as we needed. The communication with Laura was perfect. She and her partner were very helpful and explained everything to us superbly. In addition, you have also left a little attention there for the children. We will be happy to come back to you. ❤️

This time, I stayed with three people on a business trip. Basically, it was fully equipped, and I had a very comfortable stay in the room with enough space and tidy. It was a very busy time of the city, so we were late at check-in, but they responded flexibly.The communication was smooth and stress-free. There was also good access to the station, and there was a supermarket nearby, so there was no trouble. As mentioned in other reviews, I was worried about the sound because it was facing a road that runs a lot of cars during the day and at night, but the members who stayed this time didn't bother me much. Check-out was early in the morning, but they consulted us and arranged it so that we could check out smoothly. I'd love to mention it as a place to stay when I'm in Milan again.

there were five of us on the road because of the furniture fair in milano... to the fair rho we only had 20 min. !! it had enough space for our 2 cars... which were parked in a protected area. the house itself is a bit outdated but in a very good condition and well furnished . ( beautiful and large garden / all protected with a fence ) in the house itself it has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... on the lower floor it even has a third bathroom . Living room and kitchen.. large ! we enjoyed our stay very much and thank Alberto for his uncomplicated and reliable manner . we'll be back... :-)

Just came to Milan for one night on business — happy I chose this place

The house was as pictured! The pool was very inviting and the house had plenty of necessities for a large group. The host was very responsive and communicated well even with a language barrier.

Welcoming and spacious

Excellent property and host! We had our large family stay here with both grandparents and young children, and all had an amazing time. There is plenty of space and in an ideal location in the city near Metro line. Our host was very responsive to a minor issue with ants, which was addressed very quickly. We highly recommend this property!

Atypical atmosphere but very friendly host who helped us a lot during our stay, especially for travel.

My stay in Pavia with Anna was great! The room was very cozy and clean, and the atmosphere made me feel like those real Italian homes. One of the highlights was the delicious, fresh strawberries that Anna gifted me – they were juicy and sweet, perfect - for sure I will remember that.

The landlord is kind and collected the exhibits for our exhibition in advance. The environment is quiet, and the house is very spacious. There is also a very large shopping mall nearby. It is more convenient to travel by car.
