The Spring Creek Cottage is located less than 10 minutes from downtown State College and PSU campus in the historic town of Lemont. Our guest suite is located on a quiet cul-de-sac 5 blocks from the north end of campus, about a five minute walk to Pattee Library and 15 minute walk to downtown. This is the perfect place for the solo traveler or couples. The space includes a private entrance, one bedroom with a custom cherry desk space, wifi, large living area including a high top table with two chairs and a full bathroom.

Penn State getaway. One mile from campus and downtown. An easy walk and easier Uber to everything State College and Penn State. Beaver Stadium, Allen Street Grill, The Phyrst, The Creamery, and shopping are all within walking distance. Apartment can sleep up to 4 people. The bedroom has a queen bed and the couch is a day-bed with a pull out underneath if extra beds are needed.

This space was absolutely perfect for my stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics I needed, and she even provided coffee, creamer and snacks, which was so thoughtful! Everything was clean and comfortable, with high quality bedding, towels, etc.. I highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in state college!

Natalia had a perfect house!! It was exactly as the pictures showed, and better! The house was immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The coffee bar was a huge hit and the outside patio was beautiful and comfortable for evening cocktails. Communications with Natalia were wonderful and check in was easy. We are hoping to come back next year!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Kate’s place. We were in town for the PSU football play-off game. Location was great, easy walk into town and to Beaver Stadium. The place was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the little extras like the Christmas tree and Crèche not to mention the homemake treats! We would definitely stay again.
