House holiday rentals in College Township

House was very remote, but there was a small store about 10 min away for essentials. We planned our meals, shopping and excursions in advance, so we really didn't need to make any special trips. House was huge and had everything we could of needed. The Co-Host reached out to us a couple of times about mowing and opening the pool, making sure we were OK with it. We had a beautiful rainbow 🌈 to admire and the serenity of the home was exactly what we needed to reset. On the last night our Co-Host brought us a homemade Strawberry pie. I highly recommend this rental for anybody looking to sit back, relax and enjoy the quietness of the area.

We had a great time! The house was just want we needed for a weekend get away. We were a little sad the weather didn't allow us to spend much time in the pool but it was just the right size and the outside fire pit was lovely for the evening. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but close enough to run to town incase we needed something. Jeff answered messages within a half hour and was very please to work with!

We were in the area for a FORD car show in Carlisle and the location was great. Very peaceful. Be sure to check out the King's Bakery there nearby.

Perfect country setting for our family whose members ranged from senior citizens to a three year old. The indoor pool and hot tub provided hours of entertainment. We enjoyed the ability to cook meals in the well stocked kitchen. The memories made in the beautiful setting will be lasting. We appreciated your flexibility and willingness to extend our departure time.

Great, private location about 15 minutes outside of State College. The house is large and can easily hold a large group of 10+ people. The house is surrounded by woods is quite peaceful. BRING YOUR OWN WATER - only downside to this house is that drinking and faucet water has an extremely strong taste and smell of iron. Won’t kill you but not pleasant to drink, shower or wash your hands in either.

This home was a wonderful place for our family celebrations. It was spacious and comfortable. The decor was cute and made you feel like you were there to relax. The home was very clean and provided all we needed to play games, cook, and enjoy time together. Due to the weather, we didn’t get to use the pool as we had hoped but kept busy in the house. Denise is a great host. She was very responsive to all my questions and helped us find an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to visit again sometime.

We stayed at Coral Cove when we were in town for a wedding. The bedroom set ups were just what we needed & we were able to bring our dog with us. The house was just like the pictures & the neighborhood was very quiet & peaceful. The house is well stocked with towels, paper products, soaps, kitchen staples etc. Plenty of seating in the kitchen & living room & comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms. Overall it was a great weekend & Heather was very responsive to messages. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

The house is immaculate. By far the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Stephanie was a fantastic host. Clear instruction and very accommodating with check in and check out. The location is perfect for my event. Centrally located on campus. I would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

The house is accurately called comfy and cozy! The beds are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE! Quality pillows, bedding, and mattresses. Both bedrooms are equally nice. We had four adults there for the weekend, everyone commented on how nice the house was and the comfortable beds. The house has a great layout and we all felt there was plenty of room. Very clean. The location is conveniently located to the Penn State campus and town. We drove there in a few minutes some would consider it walkable. The host was excellent and communicated all relevant information. If you are coming to Happy Valley I would highly recommend this house. 💙🤍

Natalia had a perfect house!! It was exactly as the pictures showed, and better! The house was immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The coffee bar was a huge hit and the outside patio was beautiful and comfortable for evening cocktails. Communications with Natalia were wonderful and check in was easy. We are hoping to come back next year!!!

Very comfortable stay in State College. This was exactly what I was looking for!!

The "Colorado Cabin" greatly exceeded our expectations. The only mistake we made was only booking the home for a weekend. (We've corrected that by booking a 4-day stay for the Fall!) Our hosts (Doug and Ashley) were quick to respond to our questions. The home was spotless. The place was well stocked from the bathroom (plush linens, all sorts of soaps and creams) to the kitchen (bottled water, more condiments than we could ever use, coffee). And to top it all off, a "Welcome" gift. We gave Doug and his team an unqualified "10" on a 1-5 rating scale. ---Mark

We had an annual women’s fly fishing trip planned near State College and this was the perfect place for our group to stay! It was close to all the great fishing streams but also close to town for dinner and drinks after fishing all day! Everyone loved the house and location! We can’t wait to come back!

Milagro’s place worked perfectly for our family. We were in State College for the PIAA golf championship, and the house was a convenient 10 minute drive to the PSU golf courses. Milagros was kind enough to let me check in a little early, which was very helpful. The house was clean and comfortable, with the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Milagros was very responsive every time that I sent her a message, and I really appreciated that. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, but was close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely book this home again if we are ever in the State College area. Thank you, Milagros, for a very comfortable stay!

We stayed for the Ironman 70.3 Pennsylvania and the place was perfect. Spacious, great house and fantastic location 7 min from Beaver Stadium.

A perfect house for 4 people. Only 15-20 minutes from campus. The house was new, decorated nicely, and very clean. The photos match the actual house. Would stay here again!

Everything about this stay was fantastic! Check-in was a breeze. The space is private, cozy and cute. It was exactly what we had hoped for. The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home.

This place was amazing it actually looked better in person. It was spotless when we walked in and had all the amenities. The kitchen being fully equipped was great and also had a pack and play for my baby which I had forgotten. I was able to take beautiful pictures of my daughter before her graduation. Overall our stay was amazing and I would definitely book again

My family stayed at Haider's house for my son's Penn State graduation. The house was clean, spacious and comfortably furnished. It was with 15 minutes of campus, so it was convenient for going back and forth. The provided instructions were clear, and we received quick responses to any questions that we had. I would recommend his property .

Nice, old rustic house has been modernized with nice decor. Jennifer was responsive and such a sweetheart. There were multiple folded towels and washcloths on each bed with a chocolate mint added, various toiletries multiple throws/blankets, and TVs in every BR. I brought my service dog and it was a joy to see entrance separators so I could close off the steps outside but sit back on the deck with him and enjoy the weather and view. The game room was a special touch along with the hot tub, and four BRs with Queens and Kings versus smaller size beds (i.e., twin-size or full). The house was fully stocked with everything one would or could use from a myriad of kitchen utensils, kitchenware, spices, etc. Each BR and living areas are individually controlled, which is great, but the the heating/cooling system could use some tweaks and perhaps upgrades. Some cobwebs on the ceilings of one of the bedrooms so some dusting inside and on the deck. Overall, peaceful; loved it!
