Very quiet and cozy space, we were very well received, ideal for family vacations or friends.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this house with friends and family. The house is very beautiful, clean, well-equipped and very cozy. All rooms were prepared with great affection and attention to detail. The outdoor area was the high point: perfect for gathering everyone, relaxing and enjoying good moments having barbecue and having fun in the pool. Mrs. Adelaide was extremely attentive and helpful ensured that everything was perfect for our stay. We definitely recommend!

Tio's house is very welcoming and beautifully decorated. It has everything we need for a mini vacation (air conditioning, salamander, barbecue, lounge chair, kitchen appliances). The area is very calm, it really gives us the feeling of being in the countryside. It has an absurdly beautiful, and very spacious bathroom. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very quiet. Catarina's reception was fantastic, left us a bottle of wine and a typical cake from the area, which we loved! Thanks to Catarina, for receiving us so well, and being so proactive to clarify all our doubts. We will definitely return!

We liked everything in the house, nothing to point out! Calm and rural location. Great for a vacation. Very friendly hosts, attentive and available for any eventuality. They left us a welcome gift. Impeccable! Flexibility at checkout. Extremely clean and organized house. Fully equipped kitchen. Very nice pool and with the possibility of using the outside toilet. They have a wonderful porch for family meals on hot days. We have nothing negative to point out. Thanks to the hosts for this wonderful stay

We had a great stay in extremely comfortable surroundings. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Fabulous swimming pool! Exiting the property a bit hazardous by car. The property is on a very busy main road and is a lorry route, you need two people to exit, one in the street as traffic flies by! A mirror situated so that you can see what is coming would be extremely helpful. The road is noisy but did not penetrate the house too much. Most shops, restaurants, etc are a short drive away. There is nowhere close enough on foot. Beds are comfortable but bed linen and towels are a little old and tired, they could do with replacing. Contacting the host during the week was problematical. Phone rings 3 times then changes to engaged tone. On one occasion all the electricity cut out, fortunately we were able to find the trip switches. We were aware that in an emergency we could not make immediate contact, a bit worrying. A minor point but as a party of 7, two sets of keys would have been helpful.

Liliana is attentive and answered all my questions, left us lots of fruit and also cleaning products. The house is large and very well equipped, it had everything for cooking, and to spend 5 quiet days. There is heating in the bedrooms and a fireplace in the kitchen and also in the basement. The house is equipped with games, dishes, machines, utensils, absolutely everything. The surroundings are very calm, the view is beautiful. But there is nothing to do in Pera, in Castanheira de Pera there are already some shops. It is really a house to rest, hike and isolate yourself.

I had a wonderful stay at Cândido and Gonçalo’s place! The location is super quiet and peaceful, with a gorgeous view of the mountains and countryside. The house itself is a charming, typical schist house. Very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. My favorite spot was definitely the big terrace. Perfect for relaxing on the hammock, taking in the mountain views, and listening to the birds. Cândido and Gonçalo were amazing hosts. They very attentive and great at communicating. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape from city life, this is the place!

Our stay at Dinis's apartment was simply great. The small house is so charming, surrounded by beautiful and peaceful landascape, very well equipped, clean and confortable. We really appreciated the kindness of Dinis, very proactive and friendly. He also promtly suupported us during the big black out transforming it into a moment of pleasant sharing. We really hope to come back to discover more this merveillous area and for sure we will keep the contact of Dinis. Obrigados!<3

An outstanding gem among Airbnb accommodations! The house is very personal and tremendously attractive, as well as very high-quality. Even if you immediately feel at home, you have great respect for the services that the owner and this property have invested. There's nothing missing! We very much hope that the host will continue to have guests who treat the house and its furnishings with great respect, so that the high utility value and beauty of the property are preserved for the host and his guests.

Comfortable and nice house for a large family or a group of friends. There was a lot of dishes, the kitchen is very comfortable. There were many interesting things in the garage, for example, rafts, on which we sailed on the river. Nice dining area outside. The host is hospitable and always in touch. Everything is great!

Honestly one of the best airbnb we stayed at, if not the best! Catherine was such a responsive and thoughtful host - she sorted us out a solution for the baby cot, and got food in the fridge for us the next morning after a VERY late check in. You can always count on her replying you promptly and sort out anything you need. The house is immaculate and a perfect location for what we needed. 5 stars indeed - 10 if I can give it for both the house and the host! The stairs weren't a problem for our young boys as they're well trained to listen and not go up and down by themselves. We had everything we need from the house and Catherine and it was so easy a home to home place. I would have no problem staying at a place like hers anywhere we travel!

Lucinda's house is perhaps the best equipped, cleanest and most attentive to all the details that I have ever been to. Lucinda is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and for longer

It was a wonderful weekend. Even the neighborhood was very welcoming. Thanks to Mr. Manuel for the wine and sausage tasting. Firewood ready for heating the house, large spaces such as the living room that was great for meals as well as for playing with the children or conversations with adults. Super creative decor that makes us feel at home. Flexibility in check-in and check-out added more unforgettable moments in the house. We want to go back.

the space is even better than the photos, rooms with bathroom on the first floor and on the second floor a unique space with everything you need to stay with your family, I hope to return soon.

Helena's beach house was just perfect! Exactly as described with very cozy interior and charming decor. Everything was clean and well organized. We had a very good time and would recommend it for couples as well as for a group of friends.

As a family of 5 traveling with little kids we felt right at home! Although the restaurants and market are 5 mins or 1-2 miles from the house it’s not a walkable area. When exiting the house be careful because of the traffic on the highway. Very clean home and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Kids enjoyed the back yard and basketball goal and video games in the living room. We enjoyed the country scenery. Was able to get an Uber and have the same driver each trip to the market and restaurants. Uber trip from the house to local markets and restaurants is €3. Would stay here again! Family friendly! Lots of space! Adequate heating in the home!

The house was impeccable, and had all the necessary conditions. I recommend it.

The communication with Ivone went perfectly and she gave us extensive tips, both personally and digitally. That made us feel very welcome. Furthermore, there are plasticized instruction cards everywhere in the house with how everything works. Super convenient. Perfect house to visit Koimbra and surroundings.
