Holiday rentals with a patio in Coconut Grove, Miami

Bo’s listing was just as described. Check in instructions were very clear with photo directions. We were upgraded to a higher floor with an amazing sunset and the parking garage access was a huge plus. Bo was very friendly and responsive for our entire stay. The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were great. Everyone in the building was also very friendly and the location was walkable to Bayside. I would definitely recommend booking with Bo.

maria’s place was just like the pictures! I enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and stocked up on. Maria was also available when I needed her help with anything. I would book with maria again!

Really enjoyed my stay at Gabe’s place. It was VERY clean & he made sure we felt at home. Also, I loved the big glass balcony window as well. Brought a lot of light into the house. <3

I loved this Airbnb, has been my favorite so far. It is very modern and clean! I enjoyed my stay and loved how everything was walking distance! The amenities were wonderful. The host was very communicative and responsive, I enjoyed my vacation and hope to be back soon!

The view was stunning. The balcony is pretty big. You get to see views of the river, the pool and a little bit of the ocean. Checking in was easy. The apartment was clean. The property is very close to the brickell city centre mall and there were many nice restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

Mario & Yoly were fantastic hosts and their Airbnb was the perfect spot for our weekend in Miami. We were in walking distance or a short uber to Coral Gables and our little pup also felt right at home. Definitely would love to come back again!

The first thing that stood out once booking was completed was kash’s communication. He was very responsive from the time of booking to the time of check out. Everything was beautiful and spotless even down to the amenities where food can be brung to you while sitting aside the pool. And last but not least the location is amazing and close to everything you need. Thank you for this amazing experience. We will definitely be booking again!

I cannot stress enough how great of a place and experience this was. The area is amazing with great food, amazing views, and friendly people. The place itself was magnificent and honestly gave me inspiration on how my own apartment could look like. Lastly, the hosts were friendly and responsive. All of this culminates into what I think is the BEST Airbnb experience I've had thus far. I highly recommend this place because of its views, location, and awesome hosts!

It was lovely spending 3 nights at Andre’s place. We were lucky to find this hidden gem in the heart of the city, very near to Coral Gables (great neighbourhood) and easy drive to downtown, Key Biscayne and Miami South beach. Lots of grocery and eating options within few mins of driving. We were travelling with our 3 year old and celebrated his birthday there and had such a great time waking up to birds and green surroundings. If you are traveling with kids, this is a great place to be with all the essentials stacked in the house. We are not done with the city and will be booking this again :) Thanks for hosting us!

We stayed at Janet’s place from 6/11/25 - 6/14/25. Janet is very sweet & responds quickly to any messages that I sent. Her home is conveniently located near shops, the grocery store, many different eating places which we walked to & its super close to the airport. Her home is very nice & the small touches that she provides to her guest are really sweet & special. I love my coffee so that was one thing that was provided that I truly appreciated! My bed was so comfortable that I wish I could have stayed in it much more than I was able to. Her kitchen has everything that is needed to cook (I don’t cook 😂) but for those who do it’s perfect. I loved the front porch seating area but alas it was too hot for us to sit outside. Miami heat is no joke! We were just coming off of a cruise & asked to check in early & Janet accommodated. This was a one time stay in Miami for us but if I were to ever come back I would definitely stay at her house. Janet’s kindness was exceptional.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful house for several days to celebrate my wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the house impressed us: it was impeccably clean and in excellent condition. You can tell it's a new property, and the spaces are spacious and comfortable, perfect for enjoying family time. Mariana, the host, was amazing. She was always attentive to our needs and ready to help with anything we required. Her kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more special. One of our favorite places to stay in Coral Gables. Close to everything and one of best furnished homes we have stayed at in the area. We did have trouble with the AC, but Graciela went to work and got it fixed right away. We look forward to staying here again!

The truth is that the apartment super nice and Angel is very friendly, good area and everything as it was in the photos!

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

I really enjoyed my stay here, the penthouse is just as described in the images, was very clean and the hosts were very responsive, and had good communication. Overall I would recommend staying here, it’s right in the middle of the city with a lot of things to do, whenever I come to miami I always stay in Brickell for that reason and this airbnb is in the perfect spot.

I loved my stay at the sls. The rooms are always so spacious and modern. I finally made it to the pool that had full bar service. This is an amazing price for the location and amenities. Can’t wait to come back!

Carol was one of the best host I’ve had I enjoyed my stay in her condo it had amazing views it’s on the 30th floor so that’s a bonus. Place has a double pool and a 7/11 at the bottom. CVS is also close. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. She was very responsive and took care of any question I had. Apartment was clean and accommodating. Plenty of towels and blankets. 10/10 Would love to stay here again.

What a wonderful stay. We spent 4 nights at Samah's place. Everything described in the listing was spot on. The location was next to shopping and tons of restaurants. Location is also a quick Uber to Little Havana, cruise port, and the airport The view was beautiful as well from the property balcony and vjew from the windows of the propery. Plenty of amenities included, as if you are staying in a nice high end hotel. The include parking is a very short walk, your milage may vary depending on what the weather looks like when you have to make the walk. So the best part of our stay was Samah, SUPER responsive, very detailed, and communication was PERFECT. Do not hesitate staying with her for your trip to Miami. Thanks again Samah for making our stay perfect prior to our cruise.
