Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Coconut Grove, Miami

This was a perfect home for us for a short stay in Miami, wanting to stay near to Design District, Wynwood, Downtown and Buena Vista area, so location was perfect. House itself is very peaceful and serene, and felt private and homey. For us with our dogs, having the fenced in yard was also a must, so we appreciated this very much. We visit Miami often, and we would definitely stay here again.

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

Great house, especially if you plan to spend a lot of time hanging around with family and friends. We had more than enough space to accommodate guests and games!

The home was very clean and welcoming. Flowers were blooming on the trees which made the home and neighborhood beautiful. The location really worked for us since most of our activities were near or in downtown Miami. Many stores, restaurants and highways near by which made things so much easier. Host were responsive and helped us out when needed. Definitely one of the better Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in Miami :)

Daniel's place was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in Miami. We would book again!!

Marc’s home was a wonderful place for us to spend our two weeks in Miami. The house is well equipped and the grill works well. The pool and backyard was well taken care of and exactly what we were looking for. A short drive to many of the main neighborhoods (Wynwood, brickell & Miami Beach) we wanted to visit and walkable to little Havana. House was secure and we felt safe throughout. Overall great stay!

This place looked better in person. Than what’s on the website…… My family and I adored this home …. The host and his wife really out did my expectations. I’m coming back to Miami in October, my two sisters and I and I hope that I’m welcomed back . 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Great place clean and close to everywhere! Lisa is always responsive and if something happen or you need something, she is is just a text away! They just need to renew patio part and furniture! But it is all okay and never down our mood during our vacation!

Chris’s place is an absolute GEM!!! Local to so much around midtown Miami. Easy to get to Wynwood (7 min), brickell (13 min) and south beach (20 min). It’s Amazing apartment way better than the pictures and don’t get me started on the decor I wished I could take home! The pool was a great and quiet spot. Not too many people there nor did we struggle to find a spot! Chris was so responsive to when a hiccup happened and fixed it within a few minutes. I would love to come and stay with Chris again soon (if he will have me haha). Don’t get me started on the check in staff, they’re so sweet and were the best hypewomen on our way out on the town! Thank you so much Chris!!!!

Bo’s listing was just as described. Check in instructions were very clear with photo directions. We were upgraded to a higher floor with an amazing sunset and the parking garage access was a huge plus. Bo was very friendly and responsive for our entire stay. The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were great. Everyone in the building was also very friendly and the location was walkable to Bayside. I would definitely recommend booking with Bo.

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Stayed here for a month and it was amazing, the views are spectacular and Omar and Alex are both very helpful hosts. The apartment is well equipped and in a brilliant location too

Thank you very much for hosting us. We had one of the best vacations ever. Everything from the service to the location was top notch. The unit was as advertised and Aljosha couldn’t be nicer. When I return, I hope to stay in the same unit. Highly recommend!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

My stay here was great. The host was amazing and communicated in a timely manner. The location is also close to tons of restaurants that are walking distance. The check-in process was also very smooth. The host was very active and friendly and offered recommendations around the area. Overall, I would book again as I had a great experience!

Joseph and his wife were very welcoming when we made it to the home. It was 6 of us and we fit comfortably. We loved the pool and jacuzzi and just the whole outside sitting area. The home looks just like the pictures. Also very clean and came with everything we needed. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend Joseph’s place and would stay here again. 10/10 ⭐️

I stayed for a few days while moving my son out of UM. The cottage was very comfortable and Yvette was even amenable to my son staying the last night once the dorm was closed, even though he wasn’t on the initial reservation. It’s a great location if you’re planning to be out and about, walkable to the train, restaurants and grocery stores. Bed and bathroom were very comfortable.

This is exactly as described ,in pristine condition. The location was terrific ,there is a super great bakery,the Majestic within walking distance. There were many great places to eat ,Graziano s is terrific for empananos and Italian food. as well as Books and Books for sandwiches.....Miracle mile offers many places to shop,eat and explore. The Casita was very private and quiet. We would stay again .

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It was so quiet and peaceful and on a lovely street. It was located very close to everything we had planned during our stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed and Santiago was very quick to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to soon.

We love this home! Truly a peaceful get away in the middle of the city. We love being so close to the action in the Grove, yet tucked away into a quiet oasis. Everything you could possibly need is included in the home, plus comfy beds, wonderful sheets, pillows and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. Yanery is a joy to work with. We hope to return yearly to this beautiful space.

Nice play to stay if you do not want to be located directly @Miami Beach, quite calm and good connection to highway. We had a rental car and enjoeyed the parking lot on the property. Our host was more than friendly and helped us fast and patient in some tricky situations. Interieur chosen for the small house is very nice. We can recommend this small house for max. 4 people. It´s possible to stay there with 5 as we did (or even 6 as described) but it will get a little tight but that might be a matter of taste. Keep it up, Carolina! This house was a great place to stay in Coconut Grove. It was perfectly clean with kitchen and bathrooms all fresh and new. The house had plenty of space for 6 people and the outside spaces private and spacious as well. The best part about the house is that it is located on a private street so it is very quiet and it is very well located so that you can walk to anything in Coconut Grove.

Our stay with Iris and Enrique in their delightful and “cozy studio” was perfect from start to finish. Everything was impeccable , organized, and very comfortable. It was the first time we had ever taken our Cavapoo puppy Lulu on a “roadtrip” and she , too, felt right at home and impressed us with what a well behaved guest she was!! (We were so very fortunate to find such a great Airbnb, which in addition to all its other merits, is dog friendly.)We communicated with Iris via text and on the phone and she was always charming and quick to respond. When we first arrived we had a small problem opening the door and Iris sent her son immediately to our rescue within 5 minutes - and all was resolved. I have already recommended this lovely spot to several of our friends and it is absolutely certain that we shall return!! We live in Florida a couple of hours away - but this fabulous find will enable us to get away & see our Miami friends with much greater frequency!!
