Holiday rentals with a patio in Coconut Grove, Miami

What I love most about that place is the customer service. Always helpful and fast with responses when I needed them. Quiet, clean and safe place to stay. Perfect location to stores and the beach. Comfortable soft bed. Thank you for giving me the good place to stay when I needed it the most.

My stay was amazing! The view was everything and it was so peaceful. I’ve been to Miami plenty of times and this was the first time I just stayed inside the apartment and sat on the balcony more than half the time. Maria is an amazing host! We did have trouble getting into the key box due to the buildings internet connection, but the host made the issue very minor and was helpful. She was one call away and immediately got someone to fix the issue and stayed on the phone with me until I got the keys and later checked up to make sure everything else was working good. Definitely would book again and recommend to others!!!

I loved this Airbnb, has been my favorite so far. It is very modern and clean! I enjoyed my stay and loved how everything was walking distance! The amenities were wonderful. The host was very communicative and responsive, I enjoyed my vacation and hope to be back soon!

Super appartement, très propre et central. Les équipements mis à disposition comme la piscine et la salle de sport sont vraiment agréables. Également, sa localisation permet d'accéder facilement à d'autres quartiers grâce à la proximité des transports en commun. Également, le parking mis à disposition était très pratique. Mario & Yoly were fantastic hosts and their Airbnb was the perfect spot for our weekend in Miami. We were in walking distance or a short uber to Coral Gables and our little pup also felt right at home. Definitely would love to come back again!

The view was stunning. The balcony is pretty big. You get to see views of the river, the pool and a little bit of the ocean. Checking in was easy. The apartment was clean. The property is very close to the brickell city centre mall and there were many nice restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

The first thing that stood out once booking was completed was kash’s communication. He was very responsive from the time of booking to the time of check out. Everything was beautiful and spotless even down to the amenities where food can be brung to you while sitting aside the pool. And last but not least the location is amazing and close to everything you need. Thank you for this amazing experience. We will definitely be booking again!

Enjoyed our stay at Massimo’s place. The unit was very clean and in a great area - close proximity to everything we wanted to do. Massimo was also very helpful and responsive in regard to questions I had about Miami. Would love to stay here again in the future 10/10

We had a fantastic stay at Lesliet’s beautiful home! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. From the thoughtful touches to the peaceful atmosphere, it truly felt like a home away from home.

This home was absolutely amazing. We planned to go a lot of places, but this air bnb has everything you need. Took my husband as a surprise gift for Father’s Day. He really enjoyed himself. We will definitely be back. Thanks Romy!!!!

It was lovely spending 3 nights at Andre’s place. We were lucky to find this hidden gem in the heart of the city, very near to Coral Gables (great neighbourhood) and easy drive to downtown, Key Biscayne and Miami South beach. Lots of grocery and eating options within few mins of driving. We were travelling with our 3 year old and celebrated his birthday there and had such a great time waking up to birds and green surroundings. If you are traveling with kids, this is a great place to be with all the essentials stacked in the house. We are not done with the city and will be booking this again :) Thanks for hosting us!

My family and I stayed at this wonderful house for several days to celebrate my wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the house impressed us: it was impeccably clean and in excellent condition. You can tell it's a new property, and the spaces are spacious and comfortable, perfect for enjoying family time. Mariana, the host, was amazing. She was always attentive to our needs and ready to help with anything we required. Her kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more special. For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

Our stay felt right at home ! Definitely look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Miami !

BOOK THIS STAY !!! Absolutely loved this place!!!! Would definitely recommend and I will be returning soon! The only thing that I would say is me and my partner fell in the shower lol there was nothing to hold onto and the first aid kit that was under the sink didn’t have what we needed for the injuries other than that the location was perfect close to a lot of restaurants, next time I would love to stay here again we also loved the pool bar! And the jacuzzi. Thank you soo much for making my birthday special! 10/10!!!!

Realmente no he tenido muy buenas experiencias en años probando el uso de Airbnb en diferentes países y ciudades, sin embargo, este Apartamento vale totalmente la pena. Todo Super limpio, suficientes toallas blancas, toallas de playa, todo lo necesario para una corta estancia.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the penthouse is just as described in the images, was very clean and the hosts were very responsive, and had good communication. Overall I would recommend staying here, it’s right in the middle of the city with a lot of things to do, whenever I come to miami I always stay in Brickell for that reason and this airbnb is in the perfect spot.

I loved my stay at the sls. The rooms are always so spacious and modern. I finally made it to the pool that had full bar service. This is an amazing price for the location and amenities. Can’t wait to come back!
