Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Cocoa

We loved the peacocks! They added such character to the area. They can be a little loud, but we felt it added to the charm. The pool was fantastic, and the house was spacious. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach when you were carrying chairs/umbrella/toys, but it was easy to drop them off and walk back when there weren’t parking spots. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely visit again! Perfect spot for a week!

We are rested and relaxed, thanks to our short stay at this house. We only left the house to visit the grocery store, which is a short and beautiful drive across the bridge. We didn’t even feel terrible about not having a beach day. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay! There were instructions all around on how to work things, where lights were, etc. we really enjoyed the pool/hot tub! very good stay!

Very cute little house. Had 3 bedrooms. 2 full beds and 2 twin beds and 1 bathroom. Very clean and cute.

Clean house, easy to get inside and he even offered an extra day for free due to a cancellation from his friend. It had everything you need in the kitchen and he allowed pets. We ended up not bringing ours because plans changed. Beds were comfortable enough and the couch was comfortable to sit on. Updated look and not cluttered. The only thing that happened was there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and we ran out before we noticed. My fault I guess since I normally show up with some lol Thanks Brandon!

Tim’s house was absolutely amazing so big and spacious and he had it set up so nicely for us was easy to get a hold of or any questions. I can’t thank him enough for being such a gracious host. If I could give six stars, I would.

This was a great location for our girl’s trip! Close to stores and restaurants and not far from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was comfortable.

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. I never write reviews. This place is amazing. We had the best time! Great pool & Coco beach is just a short uber ride away! We ate cruisers & it was perfect location to stay & get on the ship! We will definitely stay again for next vaca in the area!

Ernie is incredibly responsive, resourceful, and kind. He went above and beyond by having cream cheese, different fruits, and bagels and croissants ready! His backyard looks like a paradise, it was so joyful hearing him talk about his plants. His personality is just as vibrant as his garden!!! Thanks again for the wonderful stay. Final note: beware of the mosquitos, they were brutal.

The house is great. This is a great time and I would suggest a lot of my friends to come to this house because it has a pool, a hot tub and everything that you need to have fun and have a good time. And the host Jennifer is very well at communicating and she knows how to text back quickly. I will be suggesting this house to others.

We were happy staying and are planning to book again. Everything was clean and comfortable inside the house and no more than 10 minutes from anything we needed. The backyard was well maintained and so nice to have with our dogs, who were comfortable as well.

The house was exactly as advertised, and our kiddo had a blast with the air hockey table and all of the other games. The bathrooms were clean and the bathtub was great to relax in. Lianne reached out and made some local recommendations which were fitting, but unfortunately we didn't have time to check them out. I definitely recommend this stay, and host for anyone visiting the area.

Overall it was a great stay. Some stains in coffee cups and a TAD bit of hair in/ on a few towels; neither were a big deal. It was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. Also loved the easy checkout.

We LOVED this place! Super cozy, clean, and had plenty of room for all 4 of us. Steven and his wife really thought about everything their renters may not only need, but want. They are so thoughtful! We loved sitting on the back patio watching the sunset over the pond. They are also extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The neighbors are also friendly. One neighbor even gave my kids some stickers and patches! We will rent this place again if we ever plan another trip to the Space Coast!

It was a really enjoyable stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and close to the Village. What more could you ask for?

We stayed at Lorena's place before and enjoyed it. It is exactly what we want when visiting. We plan on staying again if we can book it. Lorena and husband was quite friendly and helpful.
