Fantastic place to call home while traveling. Very clean, thoughtfully laid out, private oasis with the hot tub. When the propane for the grill ran out, Heidi was quick to change it out. We left behind a few items and we were contacted right away; she set them aside until we could retrieve them. Highly recommend this little gem!

This home on the beachside was lovely w fun beachy themed decor. The location was 5 minutes to Publix and super close to a fantastic park for walking, dog park, and swimming pool. Dereck was a pro active host and access to home was super easy. We would stay here again!

This is our favorite place to stay in Cocoa Beach for our family surf trips. Always clean and comfortable. Walkable to the beach, restaurants, and downtown. Great little area in the back to hose off the boards and dry off before coming into the house. Host is responsive and helpful.

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and close drive to the beach. Clean house. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen- had all necessary kitchen items. Enjoyed the local recommendations- went to Surfin Turtle 3 times for ice cream, our kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

We had a great stay! The home was clean, well-maintained, and the pool was perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The fenced-in backyard was awesome—our dog loved having safe, off-leash space to run around. We really enjoyed the back porch and BBQ area—it was a great spot to eat and spend time together as a family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, which was super convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best we’ve ever slept in. While the house rules may seem a bit detailed at first, they’re totally reasonable and nothing out of the ordinary. There are several security cameras around the outside, including the backyard, which made the property feel extra safe and secure. That said, the neighborhood itself felt very safe too, and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was a fantastic, pet-friendly, and peaceful place to stay. We’d absolutely come back and highly recommend it!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. Our host was helpful and friendly. We were close to everything we wanted to do and had a very relaxing stay.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

The Cozy Pinapple was indeed cozy! We loved the property. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The inside was comfortable , clean and accommodating. The pool was absolutely luxurious, clean and warm. The surroundings were scenic and serene. We enjoyed seeing all the aquatic life from the dock. We saw manatees and sting ray, tons of fish and birds and had the most beautiful view of the strawberry moon. We would be happy to come back. This place was absolutely ideal for a relaxing getaway close to many fantastic restaurants and beaches.

Went here for a work trip/ family trip. The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The views were great, loved how it felt so private with the pool and beach.

We had a family vacation to experience the ocean and grandson to try and surf. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was excellent to come back to after a long day of doing things around town. Washer and dryer were great as well were traveling and needed to do clothes. The owner was awesome to work with on a couple things we called her about. Other than that we will definitely stay there again if ever coming back to the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful family vacation! 4 adults and 2 children. The hose was amazing and had everything we needed plus some. We cooked at home every day and did not find the kitchen lacking in any way. The beds and pillows were comfortable, neighborhood quiet and peaceful We would definitely recommend this house!

This was the perfect stay for our time in FL! We had such a great time! 😃 Super comfortable sleeping arrangement, all the basic kitchen & cooking items we needed, perfect amount of space, super convenient to the beach, private fenced in area and it was really clean. Lindsey's place was more than we could have imagined. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves, we got to see sea turtles come on land and lay their eggs and then go back in the ocean and the sunrise came right through our room door which was amazing! Lindsey was very good at responding if we messaged her. This was a true diamond we weren't expecting to find. We will go back again:)

me and my boyfriend absolutely loved staying at Courtney’s Airbnb!! it was the perfect spot to just hangout and relax!

House was very beautiful and clean! Located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood and close to town for shopping and restaurants. Most big shopping center were located within 5 minutes drive time which is really convenient for picking up things you may have forgotten. Community pool was very large with a nice deep end to appease people of all ages. Kathy was also incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive when asked questions. I cannot recommend booking this home enough! Great value for what you get, and perfect for families.
