Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cocoa Beach

Excellent location- beach is very close! Loved the space and layout of home. Patios and decks were a bonus. Parking in driveway. Very clean and updated. Appreciated all of the beach supplies!

We had an amazing stay at this house in Melbourne Beach, FL. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing Memorial Day getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The home was lovely and very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Ali was very responsive to any question and so accommodating. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

My family and I had a great stay in this incredible rental. The host has spared no expense on amenities and the decor. We truly needed nothing for the stay or the day at the beach. Rental comes with all the beach items you could possibly need while visiting. The host is very pet friendly and even provided goodies for our cavapoo. We highly recommend this Rental and will definitely be staying here again.

We loved staying at this house! The inside was comfortable with plenty of spaces to spread out and relax. The kitchen was beautiful with a nice big dining room table. The pool and outdoor patio was a huge hit with the whole family - from 3 to 37, we all loved it! There were all kinds of inflatables that kept the kids busy in the pool and a big pile of gorgeous new beach towels. Great place to stay!

This was a great location for our girl’s trip! Close to stores and restaurants and not far from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was comfortable.

Clean house, easy to get inside and he even offered an extra day for free due to a cancellation from his friend. It had everything you need in the kitchen and he allowed pets. We ended up not bringing ours because plans changed. Beds were comfortable enough and the couch was comfortable to sit on. Updated look and not cluttered. The only thing that happened was there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and we ran out before we noticed. My fault I guess since I normally show up with some lol Thanks Brandon!

A beautiful house with all the amenities. If you are looking for sunshine, beaches and tasty beach food, this is the spot for you. I’m not sure how many the property can sleep with the 8 queen to king size beds, but it is twice the size of the other large properties have booked. The kids loved all the entertainment options, the pool, the arcade and the many TVs throughout the house.

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. I had an amazing stay here! The beach access was so easy and there were lots of towels and sitting areas to relax on. The kitchen was super clean and had everything we needed. Additionally, the location was close to a ton of restaurants and bars, including the downtown area. There was lots to do! Lindsey was very responsive and checked in to make sure I was enjoying my stay. I would recommend this place to others.

The Enchanted Acres Ranch is a must see if you enjoy a peaceful surrounding with animals. There are miniature horses, goats and large horses. There are several cabins on this large acreage but they are all spread out for privacy. We were thrilled with our suite and the location. We feed the goats and horses too. We will be back!

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

The house and the view was amazing. The house had everything we needed plus some. Close to shops, and there were bicycles and everything needed for the beach. Watching the turtles at night was such a unique experience. Would 100% recommend staying here and will be booking again in the future. Thank you so much :)

Hedy gave me a good tour when I arrived. My pup and I needed a weekend away and the short walk to beach made it super easy for us to enjoy. Nice shower and bathroom. The whole place is cozy and perfect setting for the beach. Thanks Hedy!

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful! Laura is a very kind and responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Rachina Serene Villa was spacious for our family. The pool was a highlight of our trip. Location of the house was perfect for our weekend plans. Only negative thing was the amount of reed diffusers in the house and plug-ins. I had to place them outside on the pool deck for the weekend too strong of mixed scents in the house.

Thank You Lan we absolutely loved staying at your home! We enjoyed the pool and deck area very much. So much nature a lot of manatee, fish, stingray so close. Lots of birds of all sorts. Excellent location to groceries and restaurants.

Fouad is next level amazing at his job. We ran into some unforeseen hiccups. They happen. He handled himself absolutely perfectly. My guy handled the situation and made sure our stay was the best possible outcome. 10/10 recommend any of his stays!

It seems the rental fees are all getting inflated and becoming more difficult to justify, but we were oceanfront and it was a lovely home. There is a short walk through dunes to get to the beach which is a no brainer for younger people, but a bit more challenging for senior citizens. We would come again, it was very pleasant from the gazebo, the patio , the house or the beach. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay with Riccardo. His home is welcoming, clean, and spacious. There is a separate wing opposite his living quarters for our rooms and bathroom. It felt private and safe. He just finished remodeling his kitchen and it’s beautiful. We loved his espresso machine and his homemade low glycemic inflammatory sweetener mix. The property grounds felt very private and quiet, with fruit trees everywhere. Would highly recommend for someone who wants to stay with a host.

El alojamiento, resultó ser el mejor de nuestras vacaciones. Es una casa muy linda, con espacios amplios, con estacionamiento, terraza. Son varias habitaciones. La nuestra fue "master bedroom", era, simplemente, increíble. Una cocina (compartida), que es maravillosa, es amplia, cómoda y tiene los elementos necesarios para cocinar, lo que desees. Volveríamos muchas veces.

This property met our needs perfectly. The location worked well for us since we had a car. There is not much to eat nearby. We enjoyed the screened-in deck. It was great for playing games as a family. We also liked the pool and hot tub. The boogie boards and beach chairs were appreciated.
