Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Cocoa Beach

We had the best time in Cocoa Beach at Stuarts cute, perfectly located, clean, and fully stocked place. We walked across the street to the beach everyday, hung out in the pool, even grilled and ate outside. 5 minites to all the local shops, restaurants, and live music. Highly recommend, we will be back for sure!!

We had a great time at Stuart’s place, it was perfect for our family of four. I especially loved the private patio, outdoor shower, the pool, and how close it is to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed. Stuart was very helpful and accommodating, he kindly allowed us a late check-out, which made our little getaway just how we imagined it. We’d be happy to come back again!

The place was comfortable and quiet. Nice bathroom and plenty of space. I was a lone occupant on business and it was perfect that. Everything you would need is a short distance away. The bedding was comfortable. I had a really nice stay. Thank You Shawn.

The vacation condo is really nice and cozy. The condo is nicely decorated and it matches the pictures that are included on the listing. My family and I felt right at home. The living room and kitchen has a great amount of comfortable seating. The master bathroom was amazing with two showers. Both bathrooms had candles for the guests to light if wanted, making the bathrooms relaxing lol. The condo building and parking garage was easy to enter and maneuver around. Great location for visiting Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. JJ is an awesome host and he replied to our questions within 5-10 minutes each time we asked something. Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. It was as exactly as described. Right on the water, beautiful private beach. Lots of amenities. Going home with clean clothes/towels after a beach trip is a lifesaver. My only negative feedback is that there is no detachable shower-head so sand will stay in the nooks and crannies. We will definitely be back!

The place was beautiful and everything we'd hope for our FL vacation! The location was perfect as we were right next to the beach (literally across the street) and walking distance to the downtown area. We enjoyed the space theme of the rental (especially our two boys who love space ships and rockets). Stuart was very helpful and responsive if you needed something or had a question. Awesome rental!!

We loved the house except the waterpressure was very slow in the sinks and shower and there is no bathtub for bathing young children. The house is beautiful with nice accessories. Suggest, need to add more updated beach chairs and more porch furniture.

I loved my brief stay here. I need an early arrival and Darcy was quick to respond and able to make it happen. The house is cozy and was perfect for my needs. If I am looking for a place stay the next time I am in town for work, I hope this will be available.

This place exceeded our expectations! It truly is a Florida Gem. There is wildlife everywhere off the dock. There were dolphins everywhere. We caught some fish right off the dock. The backyard is a picture frame. We absolutely loved staying here. It had everything we needed to not go anywhere if we wanted. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Our host was wonderful. Very accommodating and great communication. The property was fabulous! It was a girls trip and everyone enjoyed the beautiful accommodations and the short walk to the beach. It is a lovely home and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The beds where comfortable and the linens where nice as well. Clean, newly remodeled, spacious and a central location. We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach for an added bonus. I highly recommend this property!

Great stay. For multiple families, this was perfect. Everyone had their own space and the yard was much bigger than expected. Close to space coast fields and all of the restaurants and stores. Host was fantastic and even offered to mail an item that was left behind.

Gibson was a great host. Will definitly stay at his property when we are back his way. Beautiful clean home that met our families needs perfectly.

Karen and Dave are hands down the best hosts I have ever had staying at an airbnb. If I could them and their condo 10 stars I would. The condo was exceptionally clean, detailed, comfortable and inviting. She has everything you could possibly need for your stay already available to you at the unit. She has literally thought of everything and made the experience so comfortable for my fiance and I. I will most definitely be back very soon for another visit and will always recommend Karen and Dave's unit to others I know who are traveling to Cape Canaveral. 10+ stars all the way around!

Very beautiful and clean condo! Plenty of space and everything we needed was there. The building seemed safe and private and had nice amenities that we saw but didn’t have time to use. We did take a walk on the nature trails and those were peaceful and pretty. The host was nice and very responsive.

Absolutely amazing stay with no issues noted. We were in town for the celebration for my Mother-in-love 85th birthday and my niece 40th birthday. The Airbnb was a great location within minutes from the Civic Center venue where the celebration took place. The Fly In Airbnb 505 accommodations where as stated and more. The pool area was also a big hit with everyone. We all left with the same mindset of this being one of the greatest Airbnb experience we have had. JJ, thank you for this not being a nightmare; rather, it was a most relaxing, clean, and safe environment. We ensured that we were respectful and appreciative of your home and fact that you carefully made certain that any of your guests would definitely want to visit again. This was probably my favorite Airbnb thus far! The place was beautiful, spacious, perfect our family of 7. The view was amazing pf the water and airport. We got to watch planes take off and land often. The instructions were clear for everything, checking in and out were a breeze. We hope to return again. Thanks for the hospitality!
