Apartment holiday rentals in Coco

The place was perfect for our situation. We had a flight that was supposed to go to SJO and instead ended in Liberia, which resulted in us staying overnight. So we decided to have a few days in a beach town and stayed here. It was the perfect way to make lemonade out of lemons.

Nat and Dane's Villa Vivos is absolutely beautiful. The included amenities were exceptional and our comfort was prioritized. The welcome basket is such a thoughtful inclusion amd we excited to cook our breakfast in the rancho. Everything was great, including their cute doggo Kiki, the frogs, and the geckos. As others mentioned, make sure to have a 4x4 for the ride up to the villas. The roads are steep in some areas but you quickly get used to it. We definitely recomment this beautiful listing.

Had a good stay at Lucas' place. Its a cosy, simple apartment that has everything you need, away from the noise of the centre but walking distance to the centre avenue and the beach. There is a good gym nearby that offer weekly and daily passes (if that's your thing). There's also supermarkets nearby if you need to stock up. Lucas himself is super friendly and always responsive. From the moment I booked his place, to the moment I left. He also owns a surf shop, which I recommend checking out. I went kayaking and surfed for the first time ever! Which was tough, but good fun. Overall it was a great stay and I'd happily do it again. Pura Vida 🤙🏼

Overall we loved this place. Highly recommend. Calin met us upon arrival which was helpful. Location is great. Short walk to the beach and short drives to 3 other beaches Several restaurants in walking distance. Nice friendly community in a cluster of condos. If you’re staying more than 5 days buy some extra toilet paper and paper towels. And bath soap and shampoo. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. It was a great start to our 3 week adventure in CR. El alojamiento estaba súper limpio y muy cómodo, la piscina súper bien, habían paños limpios, la playa Ocotal muy cerca, en general lo recomiendo!

Excelente ubicación esta aproximadamente 10 min del centro donde puedes encontrar de todo . El lugar tiene una vista hermosa y todo está muy limpio y ordenado el condominio es muy tranquilo . Lo recomiendo y esperamos volver !

Lucas y compañía nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Muy atentos a todo, tuvimos un pequeño incidente con la Villa, y de inmediato nos cambiaron otra, para reparar el daño menor q tenía. Todo está impecable, como nuevo. La ubicación es perfecta, zona muy tranquila, y cerca de todo! Volveremos sin duda!!!

Great spot for anyone visiting Del Coco, very close to city centre, just a couple of blocks from the beach. I enjoyed early morning swims and watching the sun set everyday 🤍 Diana’s place was perfect for me to rest and relax, the pool and laundry in the complex really made this the perfect spot unwind and enjoy my stay

Great place altogether, easy to access, great communication with Clermont and has everything you need. Good space, so you don't feel locked up, it has kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2 TVs, table with extra chairs... The bedroom is comfy and everything felt private, despite being in front of the pool, which is a nice add. About a 15' walk to the beach and even quicker to get to a market for example. Really recommended!

We Loved this condo. The unit is Located Right next to the pool. Walking distance to the beach. Was perfect for our group. Alan was the perfect host. I Would definitely stay here again.

Karene's place is absolutely amazing. The space was clean and spacious, very private and peaceful. One great experience I had: I was sitting by the pool and in the forest I got to see a bunch of howler monkeys in the trees. Karene's place is about a 20 minute walk to the center of town, I used the electric scooters which make it much easier to get around. The beach is also very close. Overall it's a great place to stay if you're visiting Tamarindo.

El lugar está muy cerca de playas preciosas, sin ruido innecesario, alojamiento igual a lo ofertado en la página, limpio, bien equipado, muy buena atención de Andrés para todas las inquietudes que tuvimos, las instalaciones muy limpias y seguras. Definitivamente volvería en fechas futuras. Sí es recomendable tener vehículo alto para éstas fechas con lluvia, para poderse trasladar dentro de la zona, ya que la calle de entrada es de lastre

Love the place! Very clean, nice apartment, love the pools, and the location! My family wanted to go back after we left. They were getting used to the area, stores, and restaurants. Host was responsive, answered immediately, provided tips, and extra information. The staff and other residents were very polite and friendly. Liked that everyone was doing their own thing and without invading others.

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar de la ciudad. tranquilo y una increíble vista, algunos puntos importantes de considerar. 1. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar, esta bien equivocada. 2. La comunicación con los anfitriones es muy buena y fluida, están pendiente a cualquier duda que tengas y la respuesta fue casi inmediata, muy amables y receptivo. 3. Fue fácil hacer el check in, y llegar al punto por waze. 4. Un lugar muy seguro 5. Después que pases Potrero Centro, el camino a transitar será de unos 8 a 10min en calle de lastre, puede que en invierno sea complicado para un automóvil, yo fui en un SUV y sin problema. En lo personal recomiendo el lugar, yo volvería cada vacaciones!

Es un lugar muy lindo, tranquilo, amplio y cercano a la playa. Es muy completo, justo para relajarse cómodamente. Tomás es muy atento. Lo recomiendo mucho!

Aqua de LaChuga (ADL) was amazing! It was easy to find, getting in to the unit was easy and it was nicely cleaned in anticipation of our arrival. When we did have questions, Paul was super responsive and provided succinct information that we needed. The pool at the location has to be the best in the area. Large enough to do laps if interested plus the "swim up bar" provided a nice place to get out of the sun but stay in the pool. The location of ADL can't be better. Everything we needed was no more than a 10 minute walk - the beach, grocery stores, gym, bank, barber, and restaurants both downtown and in Las Palmas. The long term residents were helpful when we had questions about societal norms or looking for recommendations. They are a welcoming group of expats. We used the balcony on the upper level of the unit every day for our meals and to watch the sunset. Having a full bath on both levels was helpful and the washer and dryer were a treasured amenity.

Hola…. Soy Rosalba de Costa Rica no cabe duda que si quieres pasar unas lindas vacaciones éste es el lugar correcto. Un lugar espacioso, limpio, con una cocina totalmente equipada, paños para piscina, cómodos muebles, lindas camas y limpias, agradable decoración. Nada más que pedirle. El anfitrión super amable, contestaba muy rápido, como la habitación estaba lista nos permitió entrar antes, las indicaciones claras. El lugar cerca de todo, seguro y hermoso. Si Dios nos lo permite un lugar para volver.
