Giulio is a very kind and really super helpful host. He gave us maximum freedom for check-in and check-out, and recommended activities, restaurants and typical places in Lecco. This place managed by Francesco is a fairly spacious studio with all the necessary comforts. It's good for a couple with small children, so they're all in the same room. The kitchen had all the necessary accessories and dishes, including the capsules for the nespresso machine and sugar. All amenities were as indicated on the site: sheets, pillows, extra blankets, towels, soap, and body soap, cleaning products, salt, oil, vinegar. Basically it was like in a hotel room, with the possibility of enjoying the kitchen. I only had to provide napkins for the kitchen and a bottle to put the tap water (being drinkable). The house is also equipped with air conditioning and a private garden

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place near the lake! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the water with stunning view. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved enjoying our breakfast & coffee on the terrace while taking in the lake breeze. Marica was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat close to nature.

We had a very nice stay at Robbie's apartment. Check-in went smoothly. His mother was very friendly and explained everything to us. If we had questions, we were answered directly. In addition, the apartment was sparkling clean and well equipped with everything you need. We are very satisfied!

The place is beautiful. The view is stunning. The house was very clean and as described. The owners communicated quickly and provided very clear instructions. The parking space is good. We had 3 large vehicles so it was a little tricky to get in and out but we managed fine. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

What an amazing stay! Everything was so perfect, the property is beautiful and being right on the water is so nice! The walk to the ferry is less than 10 minutes and the ferries are super easy to figure out! We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

Like a fairy tale! The accommodation looks fantastic and is located in a quiet, idyllic setting, like in a fairytale. The path from Colico to the property is easily accessible with a normal vehicle, but it is rather unsuitable for lowered cars. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time in Gera Lario! Gabriele was a wonderful host and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The house was stunning, especially with the balcony overlooking the lake. We felt very welcomed.

We had a very nice week at Silvia's in Capo di Ponte. The accommodation is an excellent option for two people with a child and a dog. Communication with Silvia was very good. In capo di Ponte there is not much going on, in the vicinity there are many possibilities to do something. We liked it very much, the peace was good. Thank you again!

Functional and very clean and quiet apartment near the center of Seriate. Everything you need for a short to medium stay. Smooth communication with the host.

situated in a quaint and peaceful village. Recently renovated and very comfortable. He's got some local products available for sale, would be nice to have crackers as well to go with the jam.

Anna has put a lot of heart into preparing the venue. The children's corner- wonderful! Cookies, nutella, jam, honey, coffee, tea.... Spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.... Dishwasher, washing machine (washing liquid is there too).... Napkins, paper towel, cups, glasses, glasses, pots.... All this makes Anna has created your home in Brescia for you. I would also add that you live in the old town next to the Roman ruins. Brescia itself as well as this flat invites you to come back - and that's what we intend to do :)

Christina’s apartment was in a wonderful location at a key access point into Bergamo’s alta city. It was located in the centre of things whilst also able to be accessed by car with a little walk It was very spacious - you could easily live there👍 and Christina was very generous with facilities / products provided as well as special gifts on top👏🫶 Christina was extremely proactive and responsive in her communications - providing answers to anything we asked - and although not meeting us directly on checkin - which we normally prefer - provided everything we needed to know - including some great local restaurant recommendations Christina’s place (and Bergamo) is in the top 3 of all the places we stayed on our 2 month tour of france and italy and we would love to return to both in the future
