Our second floor guesthouse offers a newly installed ductless HVAC to provide the ultimate comfort air-conditioning or heating as needed. Many of our guests comment on our relentless pursuit of cleanliness. Some features included are: kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer, electric tea kettle, and Keurig coffee maker. Also, oversized shower, dimmable lighting, keyless access, internet, smart TV, blackout window treatments, heating and air conditioning. Kitchen is for light meal preparation only, no stove. Complimentary snacks, beverages, and bath amenities provided. Echo Dot with Amazon Alexa in suite for guest use. Please note: entrance includes one flight of stairs to enter and exit the country suite. Available promptly by Airbnb messaging, text or phone for any questions or needs during your stay. The guesthouse is within walking distance to the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, 8 miles to the charming and historic town of Rhinebeck, and central to many pursuits in the Hudson Valley. Newly built apartment steps from Mohonk preserve.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

Mel’s place was simply amazing- one of the cutest, coziest and peaceful places I’ve ever stayed (and I’ve stayed at a LOT)! The space itself is huge and she’s included so many extra little touches like S’Mores, teas, games, books. I had everything I needed and then some! The outside surroundings were quiet and peaceful with the lake footsteps away for morning coffee or sunset chilling. So happy to have found this spot!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lorenzo’s home. It exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful than the photos. The home had everything we needed and felt thoughtfully lived in and decorated (not a bare bones rental) while still being fresh, clean, and clutter free. The couches and view of the lake are the perfect cozy nap or reading spot. We loved the warmth of the closed fireplace in the winter and kept it going all day. The freshly renovated bathrooms were a lovely surprise. We would love to return in the summer or fall.

Rhinebeck Lakefront Private Retreat

Just 2 hours from New York City this house is an oasis of rest relaxation and wellness. It is set by a beautiful lake, with a yard that offers privacy and is equipped for family activities, including a barbecue and fire pit. There are kayaks, but we used the paddle boat for cruising the lake and fishing. The very friendly town is just a 15-20 minute ride away, with nice shops and restaurants. The house is so pleasant you may never want to leave. It was very clean and well-kept, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Johanna has thought about almost everything, and if there is something you need she is cheerfully responsive. We fell in love with the house and property, and with the woodchuck, rabbits, birds, chipmunks and deer that came around. A 24-inch+ bass waved goodbye to us from the shallows a few feet from the boat launch (seriously, its dorsal fin was out of the water). Our stay rated a 10 out of 10.
