Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. A perfect place to spread out & enjoy a forest retreat. This is a 1500 sq/ft, a newly furnished terrace level of our home that can accommodate 6+ with a Murphy bed in third bedroom. It has a full kitchen ready to cook a big meal and washer/dryer and pool table SmartTV with Roku that can connect to all your favorite online channels as well as SlingTV for sports or other popular channels, Hi-Definition antennae for local stations. Pets are not allowed as some of our guests have allergies.

Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.
