Cabin holiday rentals in Clearwater Lake

The basecamp cabin, with its fireplace and hot tub, made for a relaxing and peaceful winter getaway. It is spacious, cozy, and clean. The surrounding camp was quiet and peaceful, but I imagine it would be busy in the summer, as Sam Baker park is right down the road and there are small cabins and camping surrounding the property. The camp has trails to the lake and the nearby St. Francis river to explore, and the night sky was great for stargazing. The camp lodge has a small store and very helpful staff. The beds weren't very supportive, but were warm and clean. Lesley was a responsive host.

So thankful for this getaway! We got some time away from the kids and enjoyed this sweet cabin and the amenities. I left my wedding band and they graciously mailed it to me. Very satisfied with staying here! The river was too high to float but I’m sure it will be lovely next year when we come a little closer to the summer season. Blessings!

The cabin was perfect for our family. we had room to spread out, relax and take in the surroundings. The hot tub, extra towels and griddle were awesome additions and we really enjoyed staying here. Sandy was great, we talked activities for kids and families and she provided a pack n play for my son. I will definitely recommend this cabin and campground!

My husband and I went for our 1st year of marriage. We have been together for 5 1/2. We loved it, they provide about everything you would think of. Games, books, cooking supplies, even things to use for outside, like wood for a fire, stuff to grill, cups, plates, etc. you can just come as you are, because they got you lol. You definitely feel at home. Alberta made our first visit pretty wonderful, anything you need, they are there. The whole set up in the cabin and around, amazing. 🤩 very beautiful. Would definitely recommend going here, especially for a couples trip. If you just love nature in general, and want to get away, I would go here.

from the moment we got on the property we fell in love with the cabin. the pictures are wonderful but don't do it justice. every single view from the cabin was breathtaking. the hosts thought of everything, even had extra toiletries! we noticed other guests left some food for the next guests, and we did the same! this is the absolute perfect place to have a romantic getaway. we didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back!

My partner and I came for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect! The lake was beautiful, Lesley and the lodge staff were very friendly, and the hot tub was so nice to have access to. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking another stay at least once a year if not more. Thank you! 😊

Very peaceful and private location yet conveniently located in town for everything! The amenities were great including ceiling fans, both bedrooms and individual pedestal fans for personal use. Air conditioning worked great. Wonderful back deck with great views of nature. The hot tub was great after a long day of fun! We will definitely rent again!

Wonderful home and wonderful host. Our kids LOVED this place. Private and quiet and plenty big enough for a large family. Easy drive to Poplar Bluff and Dexter. Well stocked with everything you could possibly need and an amazing deck. We will be back!

We wanted a place close to family, found it, only problem was you could hear the big trucks go by at 4 in the morning. And my dog did not like the floor, to slippery, so we went and bought a couple of runner rugs so he could move around. Other than that all was good. We never went fishing nor into the game room, to busy visiting family. Only slept and used washer and dryer. Next time we will bring fishing poles and something to cook out with on grill. We had a wonderful stay at this cute cabin. It was very quiet and peaceful and very private. It is close to town and places to hike and sight see. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great time staying at this place. It is extremely clean & put together. If you’re on the porch it’s pretty secluded but you do hear cars coming up the road & the other cabin is fairly close to the other side. Also make sure you have a vehicle with 4wd. We went through a few spots with fairly deep water since it had just rained and the incline getting there can be tough when it’s wet.

The hideaway was perfect for us! Very cozy and well decorated. There was a storm going through the area and Lauren checked in to make sure we were okay. We loved the property and highly recommend!

I had a great stay here! Needed something small just for a quick weekend and it was exactly what I needed

The cabin was perfect for what we needed. We ordered fire wood and Justin had it waiting when we arrived:) My only warning is of the train pull off, with younger kids they got very scared the first time, it gets loud and clanky. But after the intial scare, it was fine and had no problems sleeping through the night. Beds are very comfy.

It was a great little cabin for our weeks stay during deer season. It was nice to be able to cook some food and have a hot shower every evening. The cabin was well stocked and comfortable. It would also be a great place for a family to stay when visiting the lake.

Home was very clean. Host was very responsive and always willing to answer any questions before booking. Will be back again.

Great quiet place. If you looking to get away to just relax this is a beautiful quiet place. The misquote are the only complaint so take some bug spary and enjoy you stay.

I booked this for a personal retreat so I could work on some life planning, get some writing in, and be out in nature to reconnect with my body. This place is a great location for accessing nature, and Michelle and Scott were wonderful! Because this is hosted by Evolve I expected it to be a little sterile, but the folks who live on the property and rehabbed the cabin were totally lovely and helpful and obviously put a lot of care into the place. It felt private and safe and it was nice to have the owners nearby. Lots of nature sounds, including owls. It rocked! I put a 4 star for check in because Google Maps did not take me to the right spot on the Highway since it is a newer address listing, but looking up the addresses listed on the mailboxes led me to the right place and it was a breeze from there. Would love to stay again!

The checkin was easy, house was clean and tidy. Kitchen had everything needed. Perfect location for peace and quiet and close to the river. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Tina is super great! We came to float but it rained the entire day we were there. She was generous enough to give us several hours of late checkout so we could get a float in the next morning. It made the whole trip worthwhile! Cabins are side by side in a busy campground so don't expect seclusion or to have the beach to yourself but the location is a prime base camp for floaters. You can choose between a day on jacks fork or the current. Windy's outfitters were awesome for us. The cabins are also super clean and have all the basics. Pets allowed was a big bonus for us

We loved our stay at the cabin! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay more than one night! The area is beautiful and quiet, right on the river. The cabin itself is super clean and beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Our favorite spot was the super cozy porch! We will definitely be booking again for our next float trip! Thanks!
