Townhome holiday rentals in Clearwater

Lori’s place was as described and just what I wanted. It was well appointed, clean, and with very good internet. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with little traffic and good access to a nearby walking/running/cycling trail. Stores and restaurants are close by. It’s on a nice public golf course but just far enough away that the golfers are not a bother. The host Lori is quite responsive. Early in my stay the AC quit working on a Saturday. Somehow Lori was able to find someone to fix it on a Saturday and it was up and running by the afternoon. I really appreciated that. I will definitely stay there again.

This Airbnb is about a mile walk into the cute Hyde Park district. It is less than a mile to Publix and Walgreens. We easily walked and then took an uber back with our groceries. We found a super cute coffee shop called Jet City expresso with great breakfast options in walking distance. A block away is the Bay Shore trail along the bay. Purchase great views of the bay and beautiful homes. You can walk into downtown Tampa but this would be in walking shoes vs going out attire. Ubers were so easy to get! The place is very roomy with all bedrooms having their own bath which is nice. It is equipped with laundry and a coffee maker. Cindy and Ben were super responsive to all our questions. We will be back!

Jaclyn was so helpful and flexible with check in and check out. The hosts thought of everything for a good beach day so it was helpful to have what you needed. The rooms were great and the location was perfect! We really appreciated the whole stay.

We had a great stay at Nimas. Easy to find and easy access. Off street parking was a bonus. We found the home clean and very comfortable. Convenience stores very close by(one located across the street) and grocery store only 10 mins away. A great location to head to any part of Tampa. We will definitely consider staying here again. Great place to stay if you are heading to a BAESBALL game or an EVENT at RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM ! This is the PERFECT spot ! An easy walk

We were only there for the weekend, but would definitely love to be able to go back for a longer stay! Great place and Janelle made it extremely easy for us! Would definitely recommend!

Ray's 3 bedroom condo is very comfortable and relaxing. The master bedroom is well stocked with a variety of books to read. Being right on the beach, it has a great view and very accessible to the ocean. We used the kitchen almost every day to make a meal. The brand-new Samsung refrigerator was a nice perk.

We were there to meet/visit with family that own in Redington so this place was everything that we needed for our stay. The environment was very neighborly. close walk to ocean access and lots of amenities/restaurants etc. also the price is very reasonable for the location in my opinion. We have no complaints.

Amazing location! Walkable to shops and restaurants. Beach is only steps away. The a/c was not working when we arrived but Ricardo had it fixed within hours of our check in. We would stay again for a weekend away.

This property is a jewel. It's only 3 blocks from the beach entrance. The entrance is grand with the stairs leading up to the front door. There are four balconies, two of them off from bedrooms. We caught beautiful sunrises from the front two balconies while we enjoyed breakfast before heading off to the beach. There's a lot of space in this home for guests to move around (huge bedrooms and baths) and the aesthetics gives it an upscale look and feel. I gave our visit 5 stars but wanted to knock off a half star because of the service we received from the 800 number when we experienced a water on the kitchen floor from a leak from the fridge. It was an obvious emergency but the call center originally said they'd send someone out the next day until we strong armed them into overriding the call script and to get someone out ASAP. We only had to step on towels in the kitchen for one night before we left. Overall, the stay was nice and we'd stay at this property again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect thanks to this incredible Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated—exactly like the photos. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything on our trip. The host was friendly, responsive, & accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Tampa. Highly recommend!

Great Tampa location. Well stocked kitchen. Beds were extremely comfortable. We made extensive use of the pool table. Property worked well for myself and son. Would definitely utilize the rental again in the future. No issues with noise, neighbors, or rosters.

My husband, two friends and I stayed for five days at Tyann’s beautiful townhouse. She was a fantastic communicator and provided very clear instructions on accessing the property. The first thing we noticed was how nicely decorated and spotless everything was. We felt like guests in a friend’s home - it was spacious but cozy and had all the comforts you could ask for. Tyann thought of things you didn’t even know you needed! The location is perfect - right across the street from beach access, and walkable to places for dinner, drinks and a little market. The beach is lovely - very clean and nice for walking, and there are plenty of beach chairs and towels for your use. I would absolutely recommend Tyann’s home and hope we have an opportunity to visit again soon.

John's place served our purposes perfectly, closing on our new house was delayed by one week so we rented John's Town home. The neighborhood was actually nice and quiet, The fenced yard was unbeatable for our dogs. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo. Super comfy beds, washer and dryer worked well, nice area to walk and enjoy the outdoors.

Andrea’s place was great. Tons of amenities at the house and great A/C to keep us cool amidst the Tampa heat. The house was clean and centrally located for our trip. Andrea was available and solid with her communication.

We had a lovely stay! The place was super clean and everything was neat and tidy. The host has truly thought of everything that you could need! The area is also a very cute community, it’s quiet and peaceful here. The beach is like a 3 minute walk and the pool is beautiful. The balcony on the first floor with the table outside was perfect for eating outside and the upstairs balcony has a really relaxing hammock. My dad said “the doors to the outside are so clean and spotless, I almost walked right into them”. It’s also really nice the TV has Netflix and other streaming services so you don’t have to worry about logging in. The showers also have great water pressure and plenty of hot water. There are also plenty of board games and books. Would definitely stay here again and it was a great value!

Very well keep unit. Neighborhood can be a little unsettling upon arrival but great stay without any problems.

I can’t say enough of the location. Very short walk to the beach in either direction. Nice little market and ice cream shop at the end of the parking lot. Super clean condo and lots of amenities inside. The large outdoor pool was a great feature.

Spacious and clean! The home is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street up against the canal. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed. The bedrooms are clean and were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was appreciated. They had a pack and play which was definitely needed for our little toddler. Steve was very communicative and helpful. The home was also stocked with all the beach things you need. Close to awesome restaurants and walkable to the beach. We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend in IRB!
