We sleep up to 10 people (11 if 3 of them are small kids) in 5 different bedrooms, and we have 3 full bathrooms to meet the needs of a large group! Don't miss out on the best view of the lake! You won't tire of the breathtaking sunsets or your own beach. This lakefront property can be enjoyed year round. It features a smart design with two bedrooms on the main and one on the lower level. Plenty of space as there is a living room up and a family room on the lower level that walks out to the lakeside patio. Enjoy the quiet mornings sipping coffee on the screened-in porch while you spend evenings roasting marshmallows by the outdoor fire.

Sand Castle - Rooftop Deck

2025 renovated bathroom! "Sand Castle" is a 3 story, 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage located near city beach, 2 blocks from city park and downtown stores and restaurants. Half a block walk to city beach, the lake and new splash pad. Walking distance to the historical Surf Ballroom as well as a variety of restaurants and lounges. Fully furnished 1875 sq ft house. Large deck off 3rd story bedroom with gorgeous views of the lake. Two Queen plus two Twin beds plus pullout couch. Not ADA compliant.

Beach Barn

Get together with friends and family at the Beach Barn. The living room has an abundance of windows, filling it with natural daylight. The dining area is great for group meals, game time or studying. There is also a small table in the kitchen. There is a first floor bedroom and bath. Upstairs has one smaller bedroom with a queen bed. The larger bedroom has two full beds and two twin beds. The 2nd twin is a trundle and easily pulls out, on wheels. There is also a full bath upstairs.
