The Clausen House-Historic home close to the lake!

The Clausen House was built in 1890 and is a majestic place to stay. It has been updated with 3 renovated bathrooms, kitchen & laundry room. It has ten foot ceilings on the main floor with beautiful original finished woodwork. The house has been in the Clausen family since it was built. We purchased the home to have guests enjoy it. It is great loc for families to get together and have lots of room to relax and enjoy themselves. Guests with mobility challenges can sleep on the main floor.

Relax at the Lake in Serenity! This simple spacious cottage is a perfect getaway nestled in a beautiful neighborhood setting. This cottage is set in back of another dog friendly rental (Swordfish Suite on 8th Street) Fully fenced with a Firepit chat table and gorgeous trees. The property has a great front porch for sipping coffee and side table by a grill to eat outdoors. Parking is right next to the cottage! Its a quick walk or bike ride to Downtown main street, city park and city beach.

Located 2 blocks from the Surf Ballroom and near downtown, this house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Enjoy lake views from the living room, master bedroom, and the oversized deck. Great property for winter use, too! Warm up near the wood burning fireplace after snowmobiling or ice fishing. Public access to lake across the street. Note: All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. The only upstairs bathroom is located within the master suite. The second bathroom is located on the main level.

Come enjoy all Clear Lake has to offer in our cottage on S Lakeview! This house has all the amenities needed for a perfect lake getaway! Public lake access is less than a block away. Have a BBQ on the deck and roast some s'mores in the backyard firepit. Walk 0.6 miles to State Park for a picnic and a swim or 1.5 miles to enjoy all downtown Clear Lake has to offer. The driveway is big enough to park your truck and boat.
