Melissa is an excellent host. Very responsive, professional and understanding. Her home is clean...clean kitchen, bathroom, bedroom; organized, has needed items. Has great decorative items. Felt safe/comfortable. Lock on door. Quiet. Some units do not have enough electric outlets and no extension cords. She had both. Great closet space. No issues with internet and I appreciate the washer and dryer. Convenient location. Will return.

We loved our stay at Johns place. We arrived to a lovely neighborhood and well lit entrance, the bed was super comfy and great having the coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room. It was also very convenient to our college reunion at Swarthmore as well as close the the airport. sad we didn't get to meet John as we were out and about all day, but thankful for a great place to stay

Michele is very kind and friendly! Her place is positioned in a great location between downtown Wilmington and Concord Pike/Chadds Ford. I was in town for a conference so was more or less at the house to sleep and regroup, but it was comfortable and quiet. Plus, gorgeous fish tank downstairs, loved that feature. I would definitely stay there again!
