Holiday rentals with breakfast in Civitavecchia

We stayed a week in Luca and Anna's place: the spaces are comfortable (although there were 4 of us the sofa bed was strategic). The pool is very nice, well-kept and well guarded by Michele. The location is great for visiting and discovering Viterbese, Luca's tips were very useful to organize us. Luca and Anna have always been very available for any of our requests or needs.

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

We stayed for one night in Stefania's house and the experience was really pleasant. The apartment is taken care of in every detail, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful host, ready to meet every need. The only small aspect to consider is parking, which can be a bit complicated in the area, but of course it is not something that depends on them. In any case, the stay was excellent and we recommend it with pleasure!

Exactly as listed. Great responsive host. Even had a local driver to assist us to get back to the airport. (We arrived late after a long flight from Australia and stayed 1 night before our flight to Malta so did not get to see the neighbourhood but was lovely to wake up and see the sea.) Loved my stay here!! Was perfectly located to explore all of Rome. Was able to walk to all the main attractions. It was super clean and had a beautiful Italian flare that made me feel like a local. Would highly recommend for 2 people!

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

This place was fantastic. So close to many things. We walked everywhere even with 3 kids. There were two private balconies so although it was in the middle of a bustling square it was possible to relax and rest outside. Sonia was great. She provided excellent details on how to find the place. She also offered many recommendations on places to eat. Would stay here again 100%!

Easily connected to public transport. Fulvio was super helpful throughout our entire stay. We appreciated the view from the kitchen and the large rooms. I would recommend.

Perfect place for our last night in Italy. 7-10 min drive to airport. Peaceful, quiet, super clean and comfortable beds. We really appreciated the snacks and milk for breakfast too!

Excellent penthouse apartment, beautifully furnished with an amazing large terrace that offers peaceful rooftop views over Rome. The location is perfect for exploring the Colosseum area as it’s only a 5 min walk. The apartment is also beside the Cavour underground train station which makes connections and travel around Rome really simple. We will certainly like to book again next time we visit Rome. Alberto and the host team is extremely responsive and helpful making the experience seamless.

alsssandro is very helpful who also gave us qave us quite alot of information of nearby attractions and local food. he is also responsive to every concerns/query. the stay is praceful. clean, safe and pleasant. it is about 15mins walk from the roma termini.

The accommodation has charm, is easily accessible by public transport and is generously sized. We felt comfortable from the first moment. Francesco and his wife made us feel welcome. We would come back.

Giancarlo is a great host. The environment is comfortable, clean and well located. There is an elevator in the building, air conditioning in the room. It is located 10 minutes from Termini station. We loved our stay, I definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! It was a gorgeous room that was absolutely spotless and had a nice private balcony. The shared areas are also great and the location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and local shops. It’s at the seafront and it’s definitely worth going for a nice walk or swim on the sandy beaches specially if you have kids. The air conditioning is great too!!! To make it even more special Orietta and her daughter Chiara are delightful! Definitely recommend!!!

Excellent stay in Rome- saving it for next time! Bed was SO comfortable; air conditioning worked perfectly! Modern stylish bathroom and safe and quiet courtyard location. We were only there one night before flying out to Bari but wish I had been able to enjoy the bathtub! Lots of fresh towels and being able to use the common area was a nice bonus. Thanks again Simone~ great host!! :)
