Bungalow holiday rentals in City of Winchester

Amazing stay is the word to use. The children said they missed the house at bracklesham bay when we got back home. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children (8,13,15) who went to bracklesham bay for half term from london. It was great, the house was perfect with everything you need; the host thought of everything, nothing is missing, I even took pictures of the kitchen drawers to buy the same things. The house is on a calm road, very practical and with a conservatory that allows you to enjoy being outside on a rainy day. The beach is very close 5min walk, you can hear the wave sound and the seagulls from the garden, playground is close, it is also 20min walk from east wittering shops and 10min drive from west wittering sandy beach. Nice walks in the area. There is a cafe close by and a bar with life music on h weekend. We enjoyed every day and every activity in the area, we will definitely come back renting a house from wellies and windbreakers (the best service I ever had).

We had a lovely week in this comfortable and peaceful house, very close to Bembridge Beach and the Isle of Wight Coastal path. The house was as described, with a very comfortable bed and lots of kitchen equipment which made self catering very easy. Our dog loved the beaches and countryside walks, and we enjoyed several good meals in local pubs and cafes with sea views. Fantastic place to stay if you want a relaxing, easy holiday by the sea. Thank you again!

Great bungalow with every convenience the area was very quiet but nice only one problem getting hot water it kept running hot the cold in the shower and was only able to get 3 inches of water in the bath otherwise a great stay

Accommodation is very nice. As per picture it’s same. Very clean . Peaceful place . Near to the attraction by car. Hannah is very helpful and quick responsive. Had very good experience with host and accommodation. Thank you .

Fresh flowers and a hamper of wine, beer, and crisps welcomed us on arrival. Breakfasts were also taken care of, with provision of milk, bread, butter, eggs, orange juice and coffee. The location was nice and quiet (except for the occasional seagull 🙂) and The Street in Rustington has lots of useful shops (which is a rarity these days). The pie shop is one of my favourites. Walks along the seafront are just 5 minutes away from the bungalow. The bungalow itself is very stylish - I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the seating area surrounded by the pictures on the walls. Overall, a home from home.

Grant had a problem with the bungalow the day before we were due to stay and instead of cancelling our booking he found another place for us to stay on the holiday park and arranged everything for us with the site office. Grant was fantastic even though he had his own issues to deal with. we could not thank him any more. stay at his place he will be a great host and the location on the island is fantastic

We spent 2 nights at Laura's place, lovely, well equipped holiday cottage, close to the beach. Laura's instructions were detailed which made check in easy and stress free. She also recommended some great places to eat. Great host😊

Great location in Mudeford close to beach and walks,near to transport links to get around the region.Very quiet local area.Bungalow was spacious,clean and very well equipped.Garden was lovely,enclosed and safe for dogs, a great place to be.Mudhuts support was proactive and responsive.We had a great 4 days and would book again!

Tracey's place was perfect for ourselves, our daughter and two dogs. A surprisingly private and peaceful location, yet within easy reach of facilities, pubs, restaurants and (important for us) Newbury Show-ground. Comfortable, well appointed and presented accommodation, with a generous welcome pack. Great for our dogs too, with a secure outdoor area. Would definitely be happy to come again. Thanks.

A truly wonderful stay in Bransgore aided by Jo’s helpfulness in the run up along with all the recommendations she gave. The house is exactly as advertised and felt very homely. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing visit to the New Forest with the comfort of knowing your Airbnb host will assist you when needed.

William was fantastic from initially booking to any queries whilst we were staying. The house is beautiful and although a bit tricky to find, William’s helpful instructions made it much easier! The house was beautifully maintained and spotless. The rooms are a lot bigger than the pictures let on and the garden is huge! We had a lovely stay and had everything we needed, I could not recommend William enough!

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Farm Shop. It was in a lovely location - you could explore lots of beaches and also walk from the doorstep in to the countryside and to the sea. It was clean and tidy and had all the things you would need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a great extra! Susie and Sarah were super responsive and helpful. We had a really lovely time, thank you.

This was our first Airbnb experience and we are absolutely delighted! The house was perfect — clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It has a lovely English charm that we really enjoyed. We were also delighted to see so many birds and animals around — including rabbits and squirrels! The welcome basket was a lovely touch, with great quality products. The puzzles and DVDs were also very appreciated. Wendie was a joyful and welcoming host, always smiling and kind. Rosie's place was great. Perfect for a family with young children. Rosie was probably one of the most helpful and accommodating hosts we have had. She provided lots of toys and things for the kids to do. Made the kids bedroom up with the mermaid theme as per her photos. She gave us lots of information before we arrived which was all really helpful. The house was as described. Very clean, good location, easy to walk everywhere, well equipped, spacious, nice back garden. Parking is easy. Has everything you need! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!
