Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in City of Preston

We had a lovely stay here, lovely and quiet and perfect location for what we needed! The house was very spacious and clean.

Had an excellent weekend away celebrating our mums 80th Birthday! Everything there for all the different age ranges from 15-80 year olds always something to do! Host was always at the end of a text for any assistance that was needed! The welcome basket was a lovely surprise! Will definitely recommend & use again. x

This place is so worth the money, the host is responsive and always happy to help with any questions you have. The place was clean and had lovely facilities incase you forgot anything. Beautiful garden. Train station not to far away. We stayed for Parklife festival and was easy for us to uber to and from the festival every single day. Parking wasn’t an issue either. would recommend.

One of the best holiday rentals we’ve ever stayed at. Lindsay has thought of everything, it is super comfortable and easy. The view is amazing, and the location was perfect for us as walkable from my parents’ house and from local restaurants etc in Horwich. Lindsay was friendly, flexible and super responsive. Hoping to be back for a future family stay.

Lovely property and very convenient location

Amazing kitchen we both loved cooking in our tapas meal in it. It was great to have a selection of herbs and spices already in the kitchen. Everything clean and tidy . Wonderful place to stay and hope to come back soon :). Hope you have good clutch control getting out the drive way aha. Thank you for having us

Grace and Daniel are outstanding hosts. They were extremely accomodating to any needs I had during my stay and are very friendly. It’s very easy to get into the city centre as public transport is right nearby and there’s also plenty of shops within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if in Manchester!

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

A beautiful studio in a gorgeous location. Eric and Julie were very welcoming on our arrival, we will return.

We love to stay here when we come up to Formby. Feels so comfortable, well situated. The extra touches are very welcome. After our long journey, there are always nice things in the fridge for us to eat and drink on our arrival. John is there if you need any help, but it’s very much your private apartment while you are there. We now regard it as our ‘home’ in Formby.

One of my best stays… Location is s great, 15 minutes walk to the center. Check-in instructions were very clear The apartment is well decorated with a lot of nice touch… Lovely bathroom with sunshine and a perfect shower… Gina is extraordinarily welcoming… I felt home, All those compliments were so nice and thoughtful Thanks to Gina for everything Highly recommended!

Janet and Mark were lovely hosts, their apartment was beautiful and they had all kinds of recommendations and local spots that helped us enjoy our stay - would definitely stay here again

The flat is lovely with lots and lots of amenities! Set back from the main road meant that we had reduced traffic noise and hustle and bussle

Had a brilliant stay, was met by Kevin to check in, he was very informative and couldn’t offer enough advice/guidance. Vikki was very responsive during communications and always very respectful and clear. The place itself is amazing, very spacious, clean and you get plenty of towels, cutlery etc. The hot tub is very well kept and smart. The hosts are there if you need anything but leave you to total privacy. The view from the back is outstanding and we had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It was no surprise to us that our stay was pretty much perfect as this was our second visit; this time for ten nights. I honestly can't find any fault with our stay and, along with Tom, the others involved with the apartment were superb. It is the sort of place you always want to return to. Tom even managed to provide superb weather for us!!!! Everything about the place and location was perfect right down to the smallest details. I would unreservedly recommend this place to anyone. Superb!! I thought of one thing though. Tom, maybe you could provide some egg cups for old codgers like us ! Ha ha. Seriously though...a perfect stay in every way. Thank you

A beautiful room exactly as described in the images and description. The room was pristine and easy to get into. Even had a tower fan to help cool down in the hot summer.

Absolutely peaceful and clean place. Debbie was a great host and the apartment is best for anyone to unwind after busy work. The peaceful surrounding, jacuzzi , and the sleep. If you feel burnout and want to relax, this is the place. Thanks for hosting us and we will definitely book this place again in the future.

As described. Great having a parking bay. We did book very late, but thankfully everything was ready for us. Good location, 10 minute walk to the centre.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Stables View. It’s a great property, well furnished and comfortable. Plus it feels like you’re in the middle of the countryside which was lovely. We’d definitely stay here again.

We spent 2 nights in this apartment while visiting friends in Blackpool. The apartment is fantastic - spacious and well appointed, with the highlight being the living room which has huge windows looking out over the sea which is approximately 500 metres away. The owner sent us detailed instructions before arrival and we were asked to ring him as soon as we arrived, so that he could go through various features of the apartment with us. Overall, the communication was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment if you are planning to stay in Blackpool.
