We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. The setting is perfect with canal walks straight from the door. The cottage is light, spacious and beautifully decorated. The enclosed garden is very private and there was plenty of space for our dog to explore. Amy was a great host. She provided everything we needed and left us an amazing box of goodies. We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

What a wonderful place for a peaceful break away. The house was so comfortable with all the amenities needed. The hot tub was a lovely addition too! My son, who loves wildlife photography, absolutely adored the river. He spent every possible moment down there photographing Kingfishers! I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves birds and wildlife.

Hermitage cottage was in a beautiful situation right on the river Lune. The cottage was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the hot tub, the barbecue and the outdoor seating. We were extremely fortunate with the weather and really enjoyed our stay. Walks around the estate were lovely. It is a lovely base to explore the Forest of Bowland and surrounding areas.

Wonderfully peaceful location. Holly Toft is a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We paticularly appreciated how much care was given to ensuring the hot tub was spotlessly clean and freshly filled for our arrival. Kathryn is a superb host who clearly cares a lot about her guests. The field full of adorable lambs to look out on was a delightful bonus! Highly recommend! Thank you Kathryn.

Derek and Kath are lovely hosts, right from arrival they were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was very well presented and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The surrounding areas are great for long walks and the location has some nice walks too! Going with our dog, he loved the big open spaces to explore and enjoyed the little stream/river at the foot of the hill. Would definitely recommend for a nice quiet location where you can go enjoy the neighboring towns and walks and then return back to the cottage for a cosy night to relax.

I booked on Friday afternoon and arrived on Saturday, so was all very last minute, Liz kept in touch and met us there to show us around. Place is very dog friendly. Liz also checked in with us during our stay to see if all was ok. We went for lovely walks and spent time in the spa to relax in the evening, just what we all needed, will be recommending to my friends and family 10/10 many thanks 😊

Such a great find this was, in the middle of nowhere , gorgeous in the days and even better at night. So many walks to do round there but most afternoons we were in the house and would definitely go again

5* accommodation! Comfortable, elegant, quiet and clean country house with welcoming garden in a beautiful part of the countryside. Well provided kitchen, pristine decoration complemented with nice and interesting ornaments. Being there is part of the weekend break.

it was the most beautiful, cosy cottage with stunning gardens. it was a home from home experience. cottage had everything we needed and more..It was extremely clean. Greg the host was absolutely amazing and responding in mins to any questions. We will definitely be staying there again. it was a magical place! can't praise this property enough. highly recommend anyone to stay there. We had the best time there and can't wait to go back. our little dogs loved it there too.

We have had a very cofortable stay at Laura's house. Great location for exploring Skipton, Gargrave and surrounding areas. And what a view from the kitchen window!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The cottage is a mini home from home and having the little private garden at the back was definitely the icing on the cake. We try to get back to the area regularly as having moved away after 25 years of living in the area, we have friends to catch up with, we will definitely re book and stay here again. Loved it

Lovely little cottage in the centre of Settle. The cottage had everything you could need and was just a 2 minute walk from the heart of the town. Peter was great and very quick to respond. The bed was super comfy with a lovely view from the window, highly recommend!

I couldn’t be anymore positive about our stay, my partner and I wanted to escape reality for a weekend and that’s exactly what we got. The Snug is beautiful, so very cosy and has everything you could need. The lovely village you are centred in is equally as beautiful. This was our first visit but we can say with certainty we will absolutely be back. We had a great stay at Bluebell cottage - the location is fantastic- Langcliffe is beautiful and there are plenty of walks from the doorstep. The cottage itself is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The garden is lovely but note if you have an adventurous dog the gate doesn't fasten shut fully so it's not 100% secure. Richard is a very friendly host but message response times were very slow when we had an issue with the WiFi not working. Overall I would recommend staying at the cottage.

We had a very enjoyable stay and at Lorraine's recommendation spent time discovering Whalley. Very convenient for walks and the Co-op in Whalley was handy for food shopping. Plenty to do in the day and evenings. If no one wants to drive a convenient bus service too takes you in to Whalley. It was nice to have a house which had such a beautiful view from the garden.

What a fantastic stay. The place was beautful and peaceful, inside and out. The standard was very very high inside and out as well, great finish, high quality and spotlessly clean. Very very impressed. Lovely location and plenty to see and do in the local area. Couldn't fault the communication and the check-in instrucitons. We took some elderley relatives and the accomodation was really accessible. The back garden area was so peaceful and beautiful. Lovely to sit out after being off out and about for the day. Would recommend to anyone looking to stop in this area. Fantastic.

A beautiful cottage in a peaceful countryside location. 20 minutes to Blackpool, just a little further to Lytham & St Anne's. Cottage was spotless, the beds very comfy as were the pillows. Gemma very friendly, gave advice regarding the local area. She even sent a message the night before we left that there was no rush to be out in the morning. The milk, beers and snacks were very much appreciated on our arrival. I would highly recommend this property!!!!

Me and my partner stayed here for a weekend away and it was amazing. The cottage itself was beautiful on the inside and out. Very clean and tidy and had every amenity you could want. From a coffee machine to a food processor. There were also a variety of board games and helpful books about the cottage and activities. Very very spacious given the price and felt very luxurious and cosy. Felt immediately at home and I would LOVE to come and stay again once the barn is renovated as that also looks amazing. We went on a walk and saw some stunning views, while of course stopping to see the cows. Amazing amazing amazing. Would absolutely go again!

Excellent location when visiting delightful Lytham. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was especially handy having the allocated parking space.

This is our third stay at Emma's place and we always love it and the village with our dogs. looking forward to coming back if she'll have us!

Lynne's place was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations! You always think, when looking at pictures, that it won't really look like that, they've just taken the 'best' photographs, but certainly not in this case - what you see is what you get! Additionally, this beautiful home is of a very high specification and moreso surrounded by amazing views. This really was a much needed escape to the beautiful countryside! A lovely property in a wonderful location. Parking was the only potential drawback but we managed to find a space every time.
