Family-friendly holiday rentals in City of Leeds

Firstly I like to thank emma for how accommodating you've been during our say. You couldn't do enough for us. and it didn't go unnoticed. we'd love to come back once the play barn has had its makeover. my only suggestion would be you get a pop up gazebo for over the hottub. With this coming at a additional cost and not been able to use it during the first night £60 seemed a little steep for the rental. But i do appreciate you don't control the weather. A pop up gazebo would have meant we could have used it both days. p.s thank you for posting back the things my kids left. buying them easter eggs and marshmallows for the fire pit. thank you

Amazing host who went above and beyond by decorating the place with happy birthday banners and balloons for my Mums stay for her 60th birthday. The place has so much character and is in such a perfect location

We had a fantastic stay at Sonia's place, the cottage was beautiful and was perfect for our family to stay over New Year. There was lots to do in the area and the cottage was in a great location. The hot tub was a fab addition in the frosty weather! Communication with Sonia was good and quick. Thank you! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The jacuzzi was lovely! The hosts were great at providing us with all the information we needed for a stress free check in/out and a perfect stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mini break. Peacocks were a lovely surprise seeing them walk around the estate. Thanks again! A lovely relaxing home with lots of lovely touches. The hosts were so welcoming, gave us lots of local tips and didn’t mind us asking lots of questions! Highly recommend as a base to go off walking in the Peaks or Dales. Nice local pubs too. The kids loved the trampoline. Thank you

Just got back from a 2 night stay, it was lovely and peaceful and definitely relaxing 😌 While recovering from a broken ankle we needed to get away....was going stir crazy. Richard was such a lovely host, very helpful from my first enquiry with him. He was honest about the ground and steps up, he was great from the moment we met him. Honestly, it was awesome, we are definitely going back, when my ankle is heeled because the views and surrounding areas are beautiful and I can't wait to be able to walk them. The dogs also loved it....1 of them is very nervous and reactive, he was calm and loved it! Thanks Richard and family.... If you like peaceful, quiet, views, walks, hot tub and calming space....book it x

Absolutely gorgeous barn with beautiful views in a great location. We loved the chickens, goats, dog and cat. Susan was really friendly, the barn was immaculate and had everything we needed. Directions were spot-on. We had a lovely time, thank you 😊

Stayed for a couple of nights to explore the Dales. Lovely, cute cottage with everything you’d need. Private garden was ideal for the dog to stretch his legs and some fantastic walks literally from the doorstep. Carole was always on hand for advice and local knowledge! Would definitely come back and stay again

Pauline and Graham were truly awesome hosts. A warm couple who are passionate about the home and family and who were so welcoming. The kennel offers more than enough space, was pristine throughout and beautifully decorated. We loved our stay at the kennel, pity we did not travel with our dogs as we know they would also have been welcome! Graham we also loved your beautiful garden. Thank you for the tour !

A good value for money bungalow in a good location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.

Molly and Dean's s place was just perfect for my daughter and I - a beautiful, comfortable "home from home" place! We had everything we needed and the place was filled with lovely thoughtful items that we both really appreciated. The kitchen had all the necessities and the addition of tea/coffee/milk/bread/butter/jam/hot chocolate felt like a very lovely gesture. The location was just what I hoped for and we had a great time! We will definitely be back to the Hill View! Thank you very much, Molly and Dean!

We were planning a few days away primarily to visit Saltaire and Salts Mill and this accommodation was perfectly sited! Everything you might need to get started is provided, fresh home-made bread included! (which was delicious) The views from all windows are stunning, a real place to get away from it all. The annexe was very cosy and warm with ample seating and a very large, comfortable bed! We also had a trip into Leeds by train (from Weeton Station) but there are plenty of activities to keep you occupied in the area.

Just stayed one night and it was perfect . Very comfy bed my friend slept on the sofa bed which was also comfy !

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Had an amazing weekend at Rachael's caravan, this was our second visit and we 100% plan on coming again. Rachael is a wonderful host who is easy to contact and she takes pride in her beautiful caravan. The caravan was extremely clean, comfortable and very homely, as the weather was warm we spent most of our time outside on the decking which had plenty of seating space and the hot tub was a great added extra enjoyed mostly by the kids. There was plenty to do onsite including the swimming pool, a private dog park where you can let your doggos off lead and play. The staff at the main reception were friendly and helpful and the bar area was clean with lots food and drink options. We would highly recommend coming to stay at Serendipity and we will be visiting again.

I had a really amazing stay at Angie’s place. The pool was great for the kids and it was an added treat to be able to use the spa and gym. The surroundings were stunning and people on the park really friendly. Everything in the Airbnb was so thoughtful and in the right place with the right number of coat hooks for all the gear. Would defo return

I had an absolutely blissful stay at Johns place. It was wonderful to be surrounded by so many lovely animals, and the views from inside the hut are incredible. A very special spot.

We had a fantastic stay in holmfirth. The cottage was right in the centre with easy access to everything. We managed to park close by and easily found the cottage especially due to all the ducks! Lovely little cottage which was spotless and had everything we needed. Angela was very responsive and helped out quickly with my questions. A beautiful cottage in an amazing area. we walked most days and did bot require the car all that much. we walkedto 4 local villages...visiting The Ablingdon Arms at Beckley on a few occasions. Our doggo was super happy in the cottage as were we! Cosy nights watching TV in the living room to big breakfasts around the dining table...and yhe odd midday nap. There has been alot of thought put into this place by the owners and it shows!
