Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in City of Leeds

I stayed here with my husband and 2 young children on a visit to Holmfirth to see my best friend. Simon was so helpful and went above and beyond for our stay. He ensured everything was set up for us including an extra bed for the children, fresh bread on the side, and milk in the fridge. Also loved the fresh coffee available. Our kids loved running circles around the the flat and Simon even made a point to say to not worry about the kids running around as his children even loved doing that when they were young. So it was very nice to be in a family friendly place. Even the fresh tulips on the table made us smile. Thank you Simon for a lovely stay!

Lovely homely apartment, we were well looked after, a great stay.

We stayed for two nights. The location is very convenient, right in the city center. The property's building has a secure auto-lock system, so safety is well maintained. The room was clean and tidy. We would be happy to stay here again when we have another opportunity to visit Leeds.

Lovely stay in York, being able to leave the car in a private spot during the day and walk to the town centre was definitely a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple cooking and the bathroom was very clean. We didn’t get bothered by neighbours or outside noise during the night so that was perfect ! Gary gave very clear instructions and was quick to respond whenever I messaged him. Would definitely recommend !

We've already made 2 further bookings - that's how pleased we were with this property! Tim & Michelle are super hosts & easy to deal with. The apartment is comfortable, modern & imaculate. Great location with secure parking. Shops nearby & easy walking distance from the city centre.

A beautifully appointed, stylish downstairs flat with exceptionally tasteful decor and fittings all to a very high standard. A luxurious kitchen with everything provided including complimentary teas and coffee as well as milk in the fridge which was very much appreciated and a good range of quality kitchen appliances and crockery. Excellent host who communicated perfectly and provided clear instructions about the facilities available. We definitely have this on our list for a return visit sometime and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Beautiful cozy farmhouse in a lovely town near Leeds. The place was absolutely gorgeous - warm, inviting, and full of charm. The hot tub was amazing, and there were plenty of games to enjoy. The host was super helpful and thoughtful with great local recommendations as well as leaving crumpets, fresh milk and butter and a selection of cereals and snacks for us to enjoy. No negatives, highly recommend!

We stayed overnight at Diana's and it was perfect. The photos don't do it justice; it was much better and the living area, bedroom and bathroom were all huge! A great place to stay.

We booked a weeks stay at Sandra’s place and couldn’t fault it what so ever. House was clean and tidy in a good location very peaceful neighbourhood. Would definitely stay againg .

We had an amazing time at the house! It was beautifully finished and was spotless on arrival! The house had all the amenities we could possibly need- we had a very comfortable stay! Luckily the sunshine made an appearance during the weekend so we enjoyed sitting in the courtyard! We would definitley recommend this house to others

Amazing kitchen we both loved cooking in our tapas meal in it. It was great to have a selection of herbs and spices already in the kitchen. Everything clean and tidy . What an amazing place to stay. Cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience. Beautiful home, and a lovely peaceful location, but not too far from main roads for day trips out. Lovely country lanes to walk the dog and not too far to get a park and ride into York for the day. The accommodation was spotless, and so beautiful, and had all the amenities you needed. We loved sitting on the sofa, watching out over the wildlife in the field. We wished we had booked to stay for longer as soon as we walked in! Great communication with the hosts. We really can’t wait to come back. Can’t recommend this stay enough! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed.

Great location quiet, easy to get to. We stopped just 1 night so didn’t use anything in the kitchen but it had all you would need. Plenty big enough for 2 people with really comfy bed and large bathroom with walk in shower . Would definitely stay there again

Perfection!! Clive's place is a wonderful place to stay. Clive and Julie are great hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating and very welcoming. The welcome 'goodies' were very appreciated and tasty. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, the bed is super comfy and the shower is large with good water pressure. The outdoor area is a real delight, we sat and watched the ducks, the other birds (saw kingfishers!) and the squirrels. We had everything we needed for a happy, memorable stay. There are lots of walks in the area, plus a number of interesting things to see and do. It's an easy train ride to York, Harrogate and Leeds and the station is a short walk from the unit. There are a lot of pubs and cafes within easy walk - The Half Moon pub does delicious pizza! Overall, we very highly recommend Clive's unit and would return often if we could.

I love this flat it's ideal if you have mobility problems and want to be on one level. it flows well. lovely bedrooms great well stocked kitchen. large shower. the area is beautiful on the canal and there are fabulous communal gardens just outside the pretty courtyard garden are that are full of beautiful flowers. beds are comfy and the owner is always fast to respond.

We loved our stay … the apartment was comfortable, light & airy with a pretty view out to the garden and the walls of York. Very easy walking distance to everything you would want to see & do in York. Great local restaurants. Could not recommend this apartment enough!!

I would recommend a stay at Vic's flat. it's in the perfect location for a day at York races. Flat was as described, clean and tidy. Nice little touches like brew making facilities and little bottle of prosecco. Communication was really good. Clear instructions for check in. Thank you for a lovely stay

Absolutely stunning property with everything you would need for a stay away already in place! It’s just as it looks in the images, very spacious, absolutely stunning bathrooms and full functioning kitchen with all the cutlery and dishes you need! Loved the guest book with all details and instructions for our stay! Can very much tell the host has a lot of attention to detail! Every part of the space was so well thought out, aesthetically pleasing, whilst also being highly functional! I will definitely be looking to book again for my next trip to Harrogate!

The studio was lovely! the water pressure was a little poor and the taps in the bathroom were too close to the sink but thats not unliveable! we kept the studio as clean as possible but it was very clean already! it was decently easy to get to, clear instructions on how to get in. The bed was comfy and the fact there was no tv made it so much more enjoyable because we actually planned out our days instead of slumped over watching netflix all day 😂 lots of busses around and VERY comfy and cosy. Clean and warm. Thank you to the host for allowing us to stay here!
