This is a beautiful home and property, even better than the pictures. Mark provided all the information we needed to have a great trip. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were 6 kayaks available, one for each member of our party. Being on the water was a huge plus. We kayaked to the spring and spotted two groups of manatees along with other wild life. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will hopefully return.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Silver Dollar Sanctuary! Our time at Silver Dollar Sanctuary was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place is incredibly comfortable – truly a cozy and inviting space that was a pleasure to return to after our daily adventures. We especially loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is. It's such a tranquil area, which made for a very relaxing and restful experience. We slept wonderfully every night! The kitchen was well-equipped, decor was charming. Great stay. The place was exactly as described. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space relaxing in the pool and letting the dogs romp in the nice, private fenced yard.

Easy access to the River. Boat dock had plenty of room for my 26ft boat. Enjoyed having the pool and loved the layout of the house. This is a good home for a family or even if you have a few more guest with the split floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for everything,Enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

We had a Wonderful stay at this beautiful home ! it was so relaxing after visiting Weeki Wachee Slrings and venturing out to find new spots to eat ! Host was very quick with responses and absolutely would stay here again. Everything was great !

This home was absolutely amazing! So many amenities…We enjoyed every second. My kids enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. We use the kayaks that were provided to kayak to the local spring, which was breathtaking. We used their recommendation with captain Kevin to book a fishing trip that was hands-down, the highlight of our trip—we saw dolphins, swam with manatee and caught numerous fish. It was a great vacation!

I absolutely loved Nancy’s place!!! It was so peaceful and the pool was a plus of course, she was so kind and courteous, the koi fish were breathtaking and I really enjoyed feeding them and watching them! The fenced in area was perfect for my dogs they were so happy I think they were sad to leave! Definitely a place I will be coming back to!!

Audrey was amazingly responsive and helpful to all questions we had. The house was exactly as described and had everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed the pool and game room. There is plenty of space and the property is gorgeous. Some of our family did an airboat ride and they picked us up from the backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you want peace and enjoy nature this is the place to be.

This was a perfect location for our stay in Inverness. Very convenient to the bike trail as well as other activities and attractions. The home was very clean and comfortable. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this charming Rainbow River Airbnb! The home itself was spacious and comfy, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway with family. The host went above and beyond, providing a helpful YouTube video with details about the house, which made settling in effortless. Everything was well-stocked—from ample toilet paper and paper towels to a generous supply of towels. We especially appreciated the complimentary touches like coffee and popcorn. The outdoor space was a true gem, with a cute little pergola on the back patio that offered a peaceful spot to unwind. There were plenty of lights and fans, ensuring comfort both indoors and out. The location was also unbeatable—within walking distance of great restaurants and charming antique shops. This stay was everything we could’ve hoped for, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend this lovely home to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at Donavan's place! Plenty of room for all members of our family to spread out and relax. The pool was great and the reclining chairs in the living room were awesome! The pool can be heated which makes for comfortable swimming year round. The home was comfortable and had all the necessities to cook and check out is simple and easy. I had a great stay and the hosts are super nice and helpful!

It was exactly what we needed. A beautiful place on the water with enough space for me and my mom to be able to do our own thing. We were able to visit with family that lived close and live a normal daily work life as needed as well. It had all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils for meals to be made at home and there is a decent assortment or restaurants close to be able to order in or go out if you choose. Perfect location for our plans with local family and friends. We felt totally comfortable like it was our home. No hotel vibes at all. So relaxing and the pool was a fantastic retreat! Clean, spacious, and an amazing host. We will be back!

The home is exactly as described in the listing: home was clean and came with all the boats and tubes for a fun time on the river! Lots of life jackets and goggles to use if you dont have your own. publix and walmart are a short drive in town about 10 min. The home is at the end of a small deadend couldesac with a rental on 1 side and an abandoned house on the other, beautiful nature drive, seems to be in a safe area, it was private. Plenty of space and beds, the home was clean (and we are picky) and everything was up to date not run down or worn out. Nearby fast food and "Swampys" on the water if thats what you like, but If you want quality food, drive about 30 minutes west to Inverness/Yankeetown and try Blackwater Grill, absolutely best food for you money. Being Florida natives, we didnt jump off the dock, too much grass and know what hides in the grass..we saw a huge snapping turtle in it with baby turtles near the dock. overall it was a great stay and we would come back! We loved sitting on the screened porch morning and night. Very peaceful. Very comfortable for family. Good communication during stay. Heat and AC worked well. Very convenient location to Inverness. We arrived at night it was a little tricky to find but that's what made it so private. Maybe a blue reflector on the mailbox would help! Rowboat, kayacks, canoes, horseshoes, fishing gear, plenty of games for adults and children. A great time.

We spend 4 beautiful days at The Founders Lodge for our friend’s birthday. Tee met us out front and personally gave us a tour of the house. The 2 full master suites are gorgeous! The house is absolutely beautiful with enough room to rest & relax and it was so very clean and comfortable. The wood additions to the house made it so very cozy, that we hope to come back to next year! The pool was just what we needed for the Florida summer days. We grilled out 1 night on the gas grill that was provided by the pool. We ate at The Cove Restaurant for dinner the first night and our meals were very delicious. 3 out of the 4 of us took the Airboat tour and marked it off of our bucket list! How much fun, you have to do it!! We thank Tee for her kindness and even brought my Amazon delivery to our door, what service!!! Thank you :)

We had a great stay in Jennifer's villa. Property was clean, well presented, and as described. Everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. Plenty of internal space for us as a couple, but would also be good for a faimily. Outside pool & barbeque area gave good space to relax and eat. Area of Beverly Hills was quire but gave a good location to visit the Crystal River area, National Parks, and surrounding cental Florida area. We would recommend and would stay again without hesitation if we were to vist the area again in the future.
