Perfect location, very nicely decorated interior with many antiques which give the nice atmosphere. Additionally, a lot of beautiful flowers which introduces nice mood. Silviu and his friend are very nice, caring and helpful. communication with them was great :DI highly recommend staying at Silviu apartment, everyone will be well looked after and will feel safe. There is a place for a car and bikes, which is a great advantage for those traveling with their own bikes. Highly recommended 😇

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view the absolute highlight. The premises are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this accommodation for the second time. It was a wonderful vacation again. It is a haven of peace in a beautiful and quiet place. You feel at home very quickly. Everything is quickly accessible on foot, by public transport or with your own vehicle. Many possibilities for walks, visits and hikes are easily reachable. Beautiful 'home away from home' with stunning views in a quiet town on the lake. Simona is the perfect host - warm, friendly and helpful. She put together an outstanding welcome package with everything you need to start your vacation! There is a lush garden with a resident turtle who appreciates daily treats of diced apple. The cafeteria Aurora at the corner serves simple local food and a delicious pizza. We picked up some pasta and produce at the little mini mart down the street and enjoyed a home cooked dinner on the porch overlooking the lake. The ferry in Urio is a short walk away and connects to all major tourist spots. We especially enjoyed the short ride to Nesso to see the waterfall. Overall, the Casina delle Rosa is a great location to unwind, take scenic walks, and build some wonderful memories of Lake Como. Highly recommend!

Tranquility, relaxation, and lots of greenery in the well-kept garden with many goodies and curiosities in an independent location, but cradled by a sweetly familiar and belonging environment. Amazing

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was really nice and communication was very good, i would recommend renting a car as it makes it easier to travel around como but there is a bus stop in front of the house which is convenient

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

“A Unique and Heartwarming Experience” The bamboo house, though made of wood, was truly unique and offered a different kind of stay. It was surprisingly spacious inside and thoughtfully equipped—Maria has done a wonderful job setting it up.they genuinely connected with us and made us feel welcome. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for something warm, peaceful, and out of the ordinary.

The accommodation and parklands are beautiful and peaceful with only the sound of birdsong. We had a wonderfully relaxing time here and had everything we needed whilst attending a family wedding close by. My little granddaughter said she felt like a princess staying here. Our host was always very prompt to reply. I would love to return in summer when the pool is open.

We only stayed for one night with our dog but it was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very beautiful appartment and garden with swimming pool. Friendly hosts with really nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice stay in Sesto San Giovanni.

The location was ideal, outside Milan, but easily accessible by metro, there is no shortage of parking spaces around the building, there are everywhere, The only negative points were that there was very little hot water, but with the heat outside it was not a problem. And then the insulation was not great, you can hear the neighbors and the heat easily, fortunately there was the air conditioning, Many thanks to Jonathan and Kimi for their very quick responses, the stay was great. We would highly recommend this location.

Clean and spacious. The host was very responsive. It was close to a bus stop and a grocery store. Local restaurants were nearby. If you have trouble walking up stairs, note that there are stairs and no elevator.

Very nice place in Cologno Menzese. Very good communication, location also, next to a lot of cafes, in the city center restaurants. The owner is very helpful and communicative. I spent 10 nights in the apartment, everything was great (there is a washing machine, iron, full kitchen equipment). I am very happy with my stay, when I return to Cologno Menzese I will also want to return to this apartment. Recommended!

Rosellin apartment is the perfect choice for a stay in Milan and I warmly recommend it to anyone planning to visit this city. The apartment is in a great location, close to the metro station, which allows quick and easy access to all parts of the city – just as stated in the description. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would especially like to point out that I felt at home in the apartment, which makes it a particularly valuable experience for me.
