Riverside Cottage

DawnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Riverside Cottage was perfect for a restful week away before my operation. The scenery was stunning and the location so peaceful. The dogs were happy as they could could come and go as they pleased as the garden was so secure. Everything you need for a break away was supplied and the host was a message away if you had any queries. The hottub was an added bonus and was made the most of throughout the week!! A most enjoyable break, we will definitely be back

The Owls House

ChristelleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
What a treasure this place is. It's not just beautiful, peaceful and extremely homely - it's loved, full of stories and life. Shane is a perfect host - kind, responsive and dedicated to providing a lovely space. Even better is that he built it himself - so every little part has a purpose and a story. He knows each tree in the garden. There are peacocks, hares, deer and birdsong. Some places are meant to make people smile :-)

The Lodge, Shrawardine Castle, hot tub, wild swim

JohnRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Our second time at this lovely hideaway in the Shropshire countryside. Not disappointed as this is a lovely place and you feel at home straight away. We were both suffering from colds and Rebecca was very easy to communicate with when we needed more heating. Great place and we plan to be back again next year.

The Garden Terrace

JacquelineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We’ve had a peaceful and happy time at Jane’s Garden Terrace. We made excellent use of the soft lush lawn to play games and relax, enjoying the sun beds and table and chairs. The beds and such are comfortable, the kitchen has most of what is needed but hot water in the kitchen was not available. The shower over the bath has to be used laid down or crouched over so would not suit a person with mobility issues. Lovely decking area and hot tub. Jane was super friendly and most kind. We wanted a rural location for a girls catch up and this accm delivers exactly that.

Deluxe Hot Tub & Log Burner - Bramble Cottage

Celine VictoriaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Highly recommend this gem of a country cottage. Great location in the countryside but less than 15 minutes from the lovely market town of Hereford. The cottage was beautiful with stylish rustic features plus all the mod cons (including underfloor heating in the bathroom and super fast WiFi throughout). The hot tub adds an extra layer of luxury and felt like a real treat. Josh and Hannah were great hosts. They provided really clear instructions and were very quick to respond to any messages. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back, thanks Josh and Hannah.

Luxury Private Country Retreat With Hot Tub

SeanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Just spent a very relaxing 4 days at Coal's view. The pictures on the site are lovely but in reality they don't do the place justice. It is such a beautiful home, everything that you need for a relaxing break. The space is so well thought out, lovely comfy bed and huge bathroom with the free standing bath and separate shower. The hot tub is one of the best we've had at an Airbnb and we made use of it every night, even when there was a bit of rain about. Being able to sit and read in the garden area in the late warm spring afternoon was a joy, my wife totally chilled on the hammock. Tom and Louise live next door to the property and we're really responsive with check in details and also when we contacted them during our stay. Such a lovely place and hope to be able to visit it again.

Charming retreat with hot tub and lake terrace

KimRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Wood Cottage is absolutely beautiful. The house is well equipped and perfectly maintained. The setting is extraordinary with beautiful gardens with plenty of privacy and peace. Thanks to Samantha and Andy’s instructions it’s also easy to find, whereas the post code is a little more difficult. Their communication was proactive and timely, but not at all intrusive. The sauna, plunge pool and hot tub are a real treat, although the hot tub is a little temperamental in that we struggled to get some of the jets to work. However, given that is the only room for improvement we could identify on the accommodation, it’s clear that a stay at Wood Cottage comes highly recommended and we hope to return!

The Old Pumping Station Broseley, Ironbridge Gorge

Dr JohnRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The Old Pumping Station is a quirky, original and designed, in reality, as a work of art. The space is used effectively and efficiently with original features transposed throughout to draw attention to the unique qualities the accommodation offers. Karolina, is a credit to the tourist industry providing would be visitors with a feeling of welcoming warmth. Communications are consistently efficient providing all the information required. To know Karolina was only a telephone call away is exceptionally supportive, which my wife and I found truly welcoming. Thank you Drs John and Diane

HuwRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved our short stay at Lock House. Emma and Andrew were helpful and welcoming and the cottage was clean as a whistle, comfortable and peaceful. Everything we needed was provided, including a very generous welcome pack and lots of helpful information about the area. The canal-side setting was wonderful. We hope we'll be able to visit again. Thank you Emma and Andrew!

Lynn was a great host! We were welcomed when we arrived and shown around the house and shown all of the lovely extras that were provided like tea, coffee, butter, jam, bread, salt, pepper, oil and a great Victoria sponge cake! The house was really nice and was walking distance to Brewood which had loads of great pubs and restaurants. There were a lot of footpaths around so would be great for a walking break as well. Overall a really good experience!

Amazing location and a beautiful barn conversion

SusanRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Great peaceful location, beautiful setting. Barn is of very high standard and had everything we needed for a few days of complete chill out. Loved Weobley and had a meal there at Jules on our host recommendation; it was amazing. Home made ice cream at Oakchurch is a must if you like ice cream.

Meris’s - A cosy woodland cottage

AliceRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We all loved our stay at Meris Cottage. The location is so peaceful, with a beautiful garden surrounded by woodland. Great walks straight from the front door. So much wildlife to see - badgers, foxes, muntjac deer, bats and tawny owls to name a few. The house is well equipped, comfy beds and excellent warm showers. Although to be honest we spent most of our time outside in the garden. Maggie was very responsive, and happy to let us have an extra night at short notice. We would happily return again in the future.

The Cottage at Castleton Barn, near Hay-on-Wye

LaryssaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay - the cottage was so clean and cozy; the garden was beautiful with gorgeous views of the hills around. Took a couple of very pretty local walks, and were nearby other attractions for unmatchable viewpoints and nature. Everything in the cottage was just as described and it was so peaceful and quiet. Loved our stay, wish we could have stayed longer!

Station Cottage, Bucknell

LucieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We have just returned from a lovely weekend at Nina's place, and are already thinking about rebooking. The property is exactly as described, everything you might need is to hand, spotlessly clean, easy to find and well appointed. It is a very charming little house, full of character, but so comfortable and homey too. Nina had left some lovely flapjacks for us on arrival, which was a very nice touch. You are literally on the platform, but even so the trains aren't too loud and it's great fun to watch them go by. We took the train to Llandrindod on one of our days, and it was a lovely novelty to step out the door and be on the train, and then coming back stepping out to your lodgings! It is a very scenic line and I would recommend a journey on it to anyone. The property itself is very well situated for walks/bike rides, and if you come by car there are plenty of things to do nearby. We had an evening meal at the local pub, which was very nice, with very friendly locals. Thank you Nina!!

Ashes Cottage - Unique off-grid AONB location

SanhaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had an incredible stay and would go back in a heartbeat. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It’s full of charm, a proper old cottage with thoughtful updates that made it feel both cosy and practical. The views were something else. We explored the valley, heard lambs bleating in the distance, and spent hours in the garden, which was beautifully kept and had loads of space for the kids to run around. Even when it rained, we were happy inside by the fire with a great selection of books for all ages. The layout was ideal for a family. Loads of space, comfy beds, blackout blinds, and a spacious bathroom that suited the cottage style perfectly classic, clean, and full of character. Peaceful, well-equipped, and in a truly stunning location. Everything about this place felt cared for and just right. One of those stays you’ll think about long after you’ve left.
