Holiday rentals with beach access in Chula Vista

We really loved staying here. it was sooo close to the beach and awesome coffee shops. We will most definitely stay again!!!!

Seriously one of the best AirBnb’s I’ve stayed in. Amazing location. Can walk to the bays and to groceries and eateries. Very well equipped. Spacious. Bed was so comfortable too! Thank you so much for sharing your space!

Pretty much perfect. Location is just stupid perfect. Walk right over to the Del Coronado, right to the beach, right to coffee. The place is perfect for a couples romantic stay. I plan on going back each year. I would suggest using their parking at the B of A right next door. Totally worth it. I really have zero bad things to say. Value A+. Easy A+ Clean A+. Safety A+++++. Lobster rolls across the street A+. Buzzed coffee around the corner A++++. I’ll be back.

We were traveling and it was so wonderful they had the beach items available for us to borrow during our stay so we didn’t have to pack any!

We had a lovely stay at Rob’s. The location is impossible to beat with amazing restaurants, bars and coffee shops all in walking distance. The space is small as it is a studio but it was perfect for a long weekend with myself and my husband. Communication was extremely fast and everything was smooth as can be with our hosts!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was clean and very well stocked with necessities. The location was perfect for us and we highly valued the assigned parking space. The weather was lovely and we were able to enjoy a nice walk along the coast line to the nearby little beach town and stopped for a morning coffee and an acai bowl. Cody was super fast to respond to any questions we had. Would certainly stay again.

Molly is very friendly and responsive. Her place was just as clean as shown in the pictures, in a great location, and easy to park at. She also provides a guidebook that is clear and helpful, we tried some of the recommended restaurants, and the check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow.

Love, Love, Love this place! So roomy! And the rooftop seating with tables and umbrellas and grills was fabulous. I loved the decor and the many books to choose from! So many authors I like, I didn’t need to bring my own. It was so close to everything we wanted to see and do. We’ll definitely stay here again for our next San Diego vacation.

Tony’s place was wonderful, one of the best airbnbs we stayed at. Tony is an attentive host, was super kind and accommodating, check out is simple and hassle free, and the place feels like a home instead of a cheap rental. We loved the extra touches like all house water filter, and artistic walls. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for morning coffee and steak dinner. The area is quiet and close to everywhere else we wanted to be! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will be back.

This is a real gem! It’s spacious, immaculately clean, and loaded with everything you could possibly need.

Came to San Diego with my boyfriend & we had such a great time as first time tourists! This place was perfect for just the two of us (not too big, not too small & CLEAN). The unit is right next to Chad’s place but he does not hover + the few times we did chit chat outside, he was so kind & recommended some activities for us to try or he would ask what are plans were for the day! Close to the airport/rental car center & loads of restaurants to eat at nearby (not to mention the beach!). Chase Bank is right next door + even a Target for your convenience a few minutes walk away. Parking isn’t too hard at all! Located in the back of the house via the alley way (you do have to parallel park but it’s nothing too crazy). Overall, definitely recommend this unit & will be back in the future! Note: Shoutout to Chad for letting us know about the weekly Farmer’s Market nearby Ocean Beach on Wednesdays! Be sure to check it out if you can! There’s also a market on Weds in Little Italy!

Great place. The space was clean, comfortable, and compact, but not small. Furniture and amenities were all modern. Super convenient space. Walked everywhere. 2 blocks to sunset cliffs and great breakfast cafe and mexican food. Less than 1 mile/10 min walk to Newport Ave and OB for great bars/breweries, music, food, etc. Felt like we were living like locals. We didn't use the garage but parking on the street was easy. The listing does say you share a wall but its still quiet, however just note, you may be walking past the adjoining neighbors windows or door to get to the entrance of the unit, or sharing the yard if you are hanging out there (we did not).

So close to the beach and lots of great food and fun in walking distance!

Great location near the bay, includes two bikes, and two parking spots. Is a cozy spot that is perfect for two people. Great communication and accommodated early check in.

Fransico was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay. The location was perfect and central to so many things. Would recommend.

Great location on Mission Beach. Emmy's book of local suggestions was great for finding good food in the area. Centrally located to all different San Diego attractions which was great. Loved the beach being right outside the door as well as the ability to walk all around Mission Beach. My family and I even walked to Pacific beach. Emmy was wonderful with checking in on my family. I would definitely recommend.

My family & I had a cherished time & we totally agree with Tooraj’s “ good vibes only” theme! The place is adorably decorated & my husband loved the real life record player, he put it on first thing ;) We appreciated all of the games & the paddle ball, all my boys had fun with that especially & I loved hearing them laugh while playing together on the beach . It truly is an exceptional place, so peaceful & so close to more action when ya want it. We spent one day at a behind the scenes tour at the safari park & the other day at the zoo, then both evenings were spent on the ocean side, Belmont park, Cannon Ball restaurant, last night we got Mexican food to go & brought it back to this darling, peaceful & truly lovely place. I also want to give a shout out to all of his neighbors, they were all so very kind & friendly;) Thank you with all our hearts Tooraj for sharing your good vibes and giving my family a special place to create cherished memories together. We are grateful 💝🙏

We had an amazing stay at Nicklas’s place in San Diego! The condo is beautifully renovated and right on the waterfront—waking up to those ocean views was such a treat. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable and convenient. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel like a true home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!
