Another lovely stay at this peaceful, clean and cosy place! Marcus and Susan are great hosts, very friendly. The place is nicely decorated and thoughtfully furnished with interesting reading, comfortable furniture and a full kitchen.

Fabulous location, friendly host and great accommodation

This place was perfect for what we needed it for! We were attending a wedding close by and needed somewhere local enough to the venue. This was a perfect location and perfect place for that! Barbara gave instructions to the property that was clear and easy to follow. And the property had everything we needed, exactly as described! Would recommend, location had beautiful views.

Great location - Very Quiet yet within short walking distance to Milford on Sea centre with Shops, Restaurants, Pubs and the beach. Clean, comfortable and very well equiped> it had everything you need for a relaxing break. Kevin is very welcoming and helpful. Leaving cake on arrival was a nice and most welcome touch, and also the Dishwasher was a nice surprise.

It was a perfect place for a couple of nights for the 2 of us. 5 min walk to the station and 10 min walk from town and a lovely cafe across the road.

Great place to stay, for us it was ideal for visiting Southampton and my brother who was in hospital near by. Lovely quiet garden was a bonus and a visit from the owners Lovely dog. plus good wifi. We stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay again.

A great bolthole for two people! Sharon’s place is small but perfect for a few nights away. The studio had everything we needed and we loved the extra touches such as bread, milk, tea & coffee and even a birthday banner above the bed! The central location was ideal as everywhere we wanted to visit was a 15 minute drive away (Osborne House, Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary, Isle of Wight Steam Train). Carisbrooke castle is also a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect stay!Everything you needed and more. Lucky rabbit retreat was spotlessly clean and the garden was so lovely and spacious and secure for my 6 month old granddaughter and dog Tigerlilly to play in. Karin was very thoughtful in what she left for us and very accommodating and friendly. We have stayed in lots of places in the new forest but this was by far the best and we cannot wait to come back again. Thank you Karin. Look forward to seeing you again!

We had a great stay, the place was quite clean and comfortable, the dog loved having the garden to play in. Ben was super helpful and I loved the list of recommendations in the room. It was lovely to play cards on the patio while the sun was shining. Ben was very good at communicating with us throughout our stay. Would definitely book again

The Cabin was in a fanatic location to explore the new forest and the communication from Tom and Lucy prior to arrival was excellent. On arrival the space was spotlessly clean and all amenities required were to a high standard. The homemade bread and beer in the fridge was a lovely touch. On arrival there was a personal note from Tom and Lucy with local recommendations and the local pubs delivered fantastic food. Communication throughout the stay and on checkout was excellent and gave us confidence on how to leave and check out. The brewery is clearly a nice place to have on your doorstep for a quiet beer when required. Overall a great stay and we will be retuning at some point.

I stayed at the Barn for three days with my parents and toddler. The barn was exactly how it is described and seen in the pictures. It was a lovely open space for dinning and relaxing. Good size rooms and handy having the two bathrooms. Extra touches like the bread, eggs, milk and chocolate was a lovely welcome. The New forest is right on the doorstep! We were able to see the Beautiful Sunset which was a very short walk. There is So much to explore, we will need to come back. Sadie was really good and responsive to my messages and gave great advice about where to go. We had a lovely time. Thank you. We would definitely recommend staying here.

A cosy and clean cabin with comfortable sofa bed & powerful shower. Quiet location for sleeping & convenient off street parking. Within easy walking distance of the high street with many pubs, restaurants & amenities. The hosts were friendly & welcoming. I would recommend this accommodation.

Cosy hideaway in a beautiful and incredibly peaceful location, with horses roaming on the adjacent village green, which was a lovely surprise. Very clean and an extremely comfortable bed! Lots of great touches, such as the pots of yoghurt, granola and honey. The garden is small but stunning, and the village couldn't be prettier, with a friendly pub over the road. Great hosts who always answered queries quickly. EV charging was a useful bonus too. Highly recommended!

The Hideaway is absolutely stunning, Lisa was a wonderful host and introduced herself to us shorty after arriving . The cupboard and fridge were full of lovely goodies for us , which really was an added bonus. We spent every evening in the hot tub with a glass of bubbly 😊. We will definitely be returning in the near future, this really was the best accommodation that we have ever experienced, thank you Lisa , we look forward to seeing you again. Andrew & Sandra

A wonderful studio to stay and enjoy the delightful countryside which is on your doorstep. I’d highly recommend staying at Poppy’s studio.

We had a wonderful weekend here and can highly recommend it. William and Charlotte were so welcoming to us and our dog! The welcome pack was fabulous, we could not have asked for more and the cottage is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Walks directly from the property are stunning , we certainly plan another stay here one day soon. Just loved it.

Andrew and Janine were lovely hosts. They left a very generous tray of welcome goodies from local sources which I was very grateful for and Andrew gave me some great recommendations for activities while we were there. We’ve just come back from a lovely long weekend staying in Gina’s beautiful converted chapel. The property is very tastefully designed and felt very much like a suite in a luxury country hotel. There are stunning walks and rolling countryside from the doorstep and Berwick St John is a very pretty little village. It was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend with our dog and truly felt like a home from home that we hope to return to again.

A lovely quiet little base for New Forest adventures. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and a great shower. Thank you for a great, comfortable stay!

Enjoyed our week at the Annexe. A great base for exploring the New Forest and the surrounding area. Deb was on site when we arrived and was a great host.

This 2 day trip surpassed our expectations! Beautiful accommodation in the most wonderful location. We loved the area and the walks around it. Sarah and Shawn were fantastic hosts, really friendly and gave us top tips. Walk to the local pub was a brisk 30 minute walk away across the picturesque new forest. I am already planning to come back and have recommended to my friends for their short break.
