Inside is a one bed self contained Annex, has modern fitted Kitchen, Lounge/dining area, WIFI, bathroom walk-in shower. Annex has a private entrance. We are within walking distance to Castle Point shopping centre & 2 Pubs & a short drive/cycle to Bournemouth's 7 miles of sandy beach (great any time of year) & town centre.

Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights.
