The stay was beyond amazing! The house is a perfect cove that fits the description perfectly. It had all the amenities we could ask for and more, and the host makes sure to provide for anything extra you may need too. 10/10 would recommend!

Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

We had such a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and helpful — she gave us great recommendations on places to visit and things to do, and was always available whenever we needed anything. The home was perfect for our family — I stayed with my husband, our 5-year-old daughter, and my parents, and we all felt so comfortable and welcomed. The highlight was definitely the pool, which our daughter absolutely loved! Everything was clean, cozy, and just as described. It was a truly lovely experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was spotless, tastefully furnished, and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for both short and long stays. Had an absolutely wonderful stay in Goa! The property was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. A special shoutout to our amazing caretaker, Shreya & host Vikas – they were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. When i short listed this property , there were some odd reviews . Trust me , with all respect to others who have posted these reviews, there was absolutely no issues at all. had supported in slightly early check-in as we were driving down from bangalore . His staff welcomed us with a smooth check in and showed us all facilities with instructions. Place was very cozy with comfortable furniture and good kitchen with enough utensils. We cooked 2 days with out any hassles . Ofcourse there were one tile broken in the living and bathroom and a stand broken in bathroom which will no way hamper ur holiday stay . Nice balcony with pool facing and we loved our coffee there .over all my whole family loved it. There were lot of options in airbnb, but we r so happy that we finalised on this property 😀

Absolutely loved staying at this beautiful condo! From start to finish, we felt more than comfortable. It had everything we needed, and MORE. We were welcomed in-person, given clear instructions, and were always able to communicate with our hostess. The location is perfect to get around North Goa, and the neighbourhood was safe and quiet. Just a short walk and we saw the best sunset in North Goa. We would absolutely stay at this beautiful condo again! Thank you for everything!

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb near Calangute Beach. The location is peaceful, offering a relaxing escape while still being close to all the action. The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

The place was stunning with beautiful balconies in the rooms and a spacious hall. The place was well maintained with good lighting and we had enjoyed our stay. Especially, during the monsoon season, the place was a great choice when it came to accommodation. Host was very friendly and the staff were very helpful. Also enjoyed the pool which we didn’t expect in the stay.
