Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Chico

We really enjoyed our stay. Richard and Valerie´s home in Chico is beautiful, very clean, and is in a great location. It had great amenities and a fun game room. We would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough about Sandy & her lovely home in Chico! We stayed there for our son’s graduation from Chico State & it was perfect!! The home is so warm & inviting & beautifully decorated!! We were able to bring our 2 little fur babies with us & they loved it as well!! Sandy was so kind & always quickly responded to my questions. The home was so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy & we loved every moment of our stay there!! She was a superhero when we accidentally left a bag behind. She responded quickly & made immediate arrangements for us to pick it up. We made so many special memories as a family there & we would absolutely recommend this lovely home over a hotel room any day!!

Great space and easy to get to. Great location, 10 min drive to downtown. Space was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Safe, secluded, peaceful and quiet. Totally adequate space for one person. Nice simple layout that’s comfy when away from home for a few weeks. Responsive host and property manager. Clean place, beautiful neighborhood.

The house was spacious, clean and well furnished. The neighborhood is a short drive (8 mins) from downtown and campus, perfect for graduation events and going out to dinner downtown. The prices were elevated for graduation weekend so the price was higher than expected. But it fit a large group comfortably and allowed us to bering our dog, so we appreciated the stay!

Here are a few ideas to improve your property. It’s really helpful to Have bedside tables and reading lamps for all sides of all beds. Lamps so we don’t have to jump out if bed to turn off overhead lights after reading and small tables for phones, glasses, tissues Etc. You were very responsive to Our needs for toilet paper hand soap etc but it’s nice to have prepared your place with all of that. It would be easier to have a box with a code to enter rather than keys and numbers to turn especially at night and the lockbox was awkward to hold Some if the bedding and pillows did not smell freshly washed. Maybe the quilts were old or the pillows were old. It’s nice to Provide newer pillows and maybe gave a bedspread over the quilts to Keep them clean Parking was easy and location good

I booked Margo's place for one of our employees who stayed there for months. And when he had to go back to the Chico area he requested Margo's place again. Margo is an excellent host and her property is really nice. I would absolutely book Margo's place again.

I would stay here again! It was in a good location with lots of space inside. Close to Safeway too!

This home is centrally located in Chico. It’s just a short drive to almost anything the city has to offer.

we had our kids and one Dog, she was kinds responsive and flexible when needed and anything I brought up which were all little things I needed she took care of quickly and accommodated us as needed. My kids enjoyed feeding horses and the friendly dogs on-site. We would stay agian

We had a very relaxing perfect stay at this house. The pool is fantastic, It’s surrounded with grassy areas lots of shade. The pictures do not do it justice. I would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Chico.

Great property with beautiful back yard, great for entertaining. Location is great and can easily walk to good coffee shops and downtown. Great neighborhood. Stephanie was always quick to respond with any questions and was always helpful, from before checking in all the way to checkout.

Joshua's Bungalo was perfect for my family of four and dog. The backyard was our favorite part. Our kids loved the swing and playing soccer in the yard and swimming in the pool. The plants and decor were beautiful, felt like we were in a very special garden. The kids loved checking on the chickens. The house was central to everything in town, it was the perfect location. The house had everything we needed and more. The kids bunk beds and playroom were so fun for the kids. We all had plenty of space and then some! Would love to stay here again someday! I'm a Chico native and wanted to show my kids Chico and see friends and family and this was the perfect house for that!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s place. Our entire group really enjoyed both the house and Bidwell Park nearby. The rooms and beds are super comfy. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the outdoor area was really fun! Our kids are already asking to see when we can return! Laura was super responsive and communication was extremely easy. Gary & Kay are simply the nicest, most gracious hosts of any AirBNB I’ve stayed in. They were kind enough to give us a personal tour and we actually had a great conversation with them about their home, family, and longtime ties to Chico. Perfect place for visiting the area and feeling right at home. I would give Gary & Kay 6 stars if I could!

We had a great time staying here with our two dogs. The area felt very private. It is located in an older part of Chico with lots of mature trees that shaded the private patio area. There was plenty of space for us (two adults and two dogs). The kitchen was nice. We were here to visit family and friends and we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

If you want to visit Chico, you want to stay right next to Bidwell Park and this place is in that kind of spot. The park with its gigantic trees and lush vegetation with Little and Big Chico Creek running through. It is hard to believe given you’re in the CAL Valley. There are miles of walking and biking trails. It’s a safe place; the water is crystal clear and you can jump in and wade or swim in several places. In one area, they damned up the creek to form a huge natural swimming pool, which is cleaned regularlyand in a beautiful setting in the park. I highly recommend this location. The apartment is a great value. It was spotless with lots of windows, making it bright and airy. Everything you need is in this wonderful accommodation hosted by Britt.

Great place to stay while our family was in town for a wedding. Stairs up to the bedroom or a little steep, but that was clear on the listing. Very easy to communicate with. Thanks! We would love to stay here again if we need to come to Chico.

I cannot say enough good things about the host and the location. On top of everything being just as described on Airbnb, Crystal was also an amazing host from being compassionate about our needs with our situation, and providing extra necessities as needed. She was extremely easy to communicate with, very understanding, and her little boy and dog are adoringly cute! If we needed an Airbnb again in Chico, Crystal is the place to go for us! Charming, cozy and clean place to rest your head. Clean and super soft bedding and I slept beautifully on one of the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve had. Cute decor - I absolutely love the above bed wall decor piece. Room stayed cool, nice perfect size patio with plenty of sitting room. Felt safe and very private. Showers are important to me and theirs was CLEAN and the water pressure, divine. Nicely stocked with coffee (decaf too!), and teas. The cleanliness did it for me. Thank you Sarah and Kirk.

Great place to stay for our daughter’s graduation… easy access to beautiful walking trails - clean - quiet - and private. The shower is a little challenging as it is very small but it still gets the job done and gives you something quirky to remember. Overall a good experience for a short reasonably priced stay… overall we recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at The Tree House! It was spotless, with very comfortable beds, stylish decor, and plenty of space to relax. The private backyard was a great bonus, and the cozy couches made it easy to unwind after a day out. The location is perfect—just a short drive from downtown Chico. The host also left us a thoughtful welcome gift: a bottle of wine, which we really appreciated. Everything was perfect, and we definitely plan to come back!

A wonderful place to stay, hosted by an even better person. You can't go wrong here. We rented the space during an evacuation and the host treated us like a family member. We were so appreciative and humbled by her kindness. Her home was wonderful and met all of our needs. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
