This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

Cheerful family and dog friendly downtown bungalow

Your family will be close to everything including historic Bidwell Park and California State University Chico when you stay at this centrally-located downtown bungalow. You'll be comfortable in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath turn of the century house that was renovated in the early 2000's to include an open living concept. You can enjoy cooking in the spacious, well stocked kitchen (house is close to the downtown farmer's market held on Saturdays) or walk to a favorite dining establishment.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Chico. It is located just three blocks from the entrance to Bidwell Park for morning walks, or about 1/2 mile to the quaint downtown Chico area! This home has been updated from top to bottom and has every amenity you could ask for! There is also a fully fenced front and back yard area for your furry friends! Relax under the lights by the fire pit in the backyard. This place feels like home!

Newly Built quality home with beautiful comfortable furnishings. 3 bedrooms, each with a tv. Living room with lots of seating and open to a large dining room and big kitchen. This home is stocked with plenty of comfortable blankets, all the cooking utensils you need, coffee... and games to make your stay fun! Pets are ok if well trained (no barking or scratching etc) there is a convenient dog run on side yard. Back yard is quiet and sunny for bbq dinners.

It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together. One bedroom has a queen bed with 55" TV. the other bedroom has a double bed with a 55" TV. This house has a large custom kitchen with granite counters and all stainless steel appliances. The garage has polished concrete floors with a 70" TV along with arcade games and a beverage fridge.
