We recently converted our garage into a beautiful studio apartment. We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Welcome to our cozy & comfy boho bungalow. Newly renovated house near downtown Chico. It is a 10 minute walk to Chico State, downtown and lower Bidwell Park! Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the patio in our beautiful enclosed private yard. We have a keypad on the front door for easy check-in and a camera ring device. Check-out is 10am. Please note for check-out that my cleaning crew arrives shortly after 10am. There is a $50 late charge fee for every 30 minutes that you check-out after 10am.

1000 ft above the valley floor with expansive ridge top views in all directions. Enjoy our private nature getaway situated looking out over the valley. 12 to 15 minutes to most everything in Chico. Our owner is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products and soaps. For smooth check-in, please load and thoroughly review all instructions in the “Arrival Guide” in the Mobil app prior to driving up hill from Chico. WAYZ is incorrect. Must read. Thank you!

It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together.
