Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Chickamauga Lake

The rental was amazing. Very clean, roomy and a beautiful view of the lake. Mitch was very responsive and friendly. The pictures don’t do it justice, you need to see it in person to take it all in. This has been our favorite vacation so far. If you love to fish you can catch all you want from the back yard. We will definitely be back next year. We didn’t want to leave. Another plus is that you are only two hours away from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and Nashville for a nice day trip.

I will first preface my review by saying that my family and I are VERY picky about cleanliness. I usually wear slippers anywhere I stay but India and Desmond’s airbnb was SPOTLESS. It felt like we were the first people to stay there. It’s all about the details too!!! Kitchen was fully stocked and they provided us with generous snacks and coffee. The beds are very comfortable and mattresses feel new. Towels are thick and squeaky clean. The house is perfect for a large family, the fenced in yard and front porch was perfect for my little dog. The game room was perfect for the kids as well! We will most definitely stay here again. Thank you India and Desmond for doing Airbnb the RIGHT way. It’s so appreciated!

Nothing but great things to say! Our host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed to communicate! The cabin is on the side of a mountain so you get beautiful views! With that being said I wouldn’t recommend driving at night if not used to driving mountain roads and the description of the road is accurate it’s a one way with some pull off areas for traversing. You don’t have to have 4 wheel drive during non winter season but there are people with cars that live there but we wouldn’t have felt comfortable to do that. The stairs to go up to the master bedroom are steep as she said but they have a non slip grip tape on each step and there are gates at every level for children/pets. The hot tub was so nice and was already up and running when we arrived. There were towels, dishes, some condiments, and a decent amount of kitchen utensils and such. Downtown blue ridge and ellijay are both pet friendly places! Amicalola state park is beautiful with an easy hike to the waterfall.

Omg what a peaceful place with beautiful views from every window! Very clean and great layout. Luckily she provided snacks because someone forgot to get some. Met Sandy and she was super nice would love her as a neighbor. Felt like family but the ones you actually like!

My family came into town to visit me for the first time together in Chattanooga. We wanted a great place for fellowship and a beautiful backdrop for family photos. This place exceeded those expectations, and we did not want to leave. Downtown was like 15 minutes away, yet we felt so secluded from society. The rooms seemed clean and well-kept. My family couldn’t wait for us to host a family get-together again. So mission accomplished!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Lacey’s place! The house was located in a quiet neighborhood. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described. You could tell thought was put into the details in the house such as a snack basket and coffee for the Keurig. Lacey’s place was clean and cozy and had all the essentials we needed. We would highly recommend Lacey’s place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

The condo was exactly as listed. We had a great stay. The condo is clean and comfortable. The views are beautiful! Kitchen stocked with all the basics. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and you can be downtown and most attractions in 20 minutes. The mattress may need a rotate & flip there is a dip in the middle.

This place was amazing, highly recommend! We were able to roam around on their 92 acres care free, and we visited some local shops. The host was so amazing to talk to and told me a little bit about the land and history which always makes things so much more personal. We are planning a trip back as we speak. It's so nice to be away from the hustle but still have such amazing things to do around the area.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Wally was very helpful and very kind and we loved staying there. It was a beautiful place! For the price I highly recommend! I will definitely stay again if I have to go back to Tennessee!

I arrived at his home earlier than expected but was able to access the property early. The self check-in made entrance to the property very easy. The home was spotless and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and organized. Located on the edge of downtown Sparta made access easy to restaurants and local attractions. This was my third stay here and won't be my last. Thanks Jeff.

The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.

My husband and I came up to Chattanooga to spend time with my daughter and son-in-law as well as to see a comedians show. The Airbnb was in lovely surroundings and very peaceful. It felt like we were out in the peaceful woods even though we were minutes away from downtown, the arena where Nate Bargatze performed and multiple restaurants. It is one bedroom and not incredibly spacious but has beautiful outdoor space and is perfect for a private retreat or a quiet getaway. Bonnie was friendly and easily accessible.

This is a wonderful place to stay - and our third time at this location. Clean, close to SAU, comfortable with very amenities, nicely decorated, and great communication from Nina. Highly recommend!

We came to Dunlap to celebrate a graduation and this home was in the perfect location. Close to town, family, and our event. It had plenty of room for our group and offered endless areas to hang out and play in during our stay. The hot tub was a huge hit and we even swam in the giant pool (despite expert cooler temp weather) with amazing views. The deck was enjoyed everyday. It really is a wonderful home!

This Airbnb was the nicest we have ever rented. It was stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed, even toothbrushes and toothpaste, Coffee, creamer, detergent, soap, shampoo, extra toilet paper, and paper towels. The open layout and huge windows were so pretty with the views. The outdoor seating areas had all the extras also. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. It was also really close to town for shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

This was a perfect spot for our families to stay during our son’s wedding at Chilhowee Gliderport. The host was great and the cabin was a perfect place to hang out and play games. A great basement for teenager.

We spent a few nights here for a family vacation and we really enjoyed it. The view was beautiful and the cabin was very cozy. The instructions to get to the cabin were very clear so that was super helpful! We had no trouble getting settled in!

Beautiful property and location. The space was delightful, comfortable, and picturesque. The hosts were helpful with any questions and we had a great time even though it stormed. Will definitely be back to experience more of the natural beauty and outdoor amenities!

This was our 5th stay in the Ellijay/Blue Ridge area and this house is in the perfect location to visit both. It’s a short (maybe 5 minute) drive off the main highway and the road is paved the entire way. It was so nice to be in such a peaceful and private location but still be able to get to everything we wanted to so easily. The house is beautiful and clean and we would definitely stay again.
