I enjoyed my stay here. The place had everything I needed and plenty of space. I'd stay again the next time I'm in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out easy. The location was perfect,short Uber ride to all the DC monuments. Lots of walkable areas such coffee shops and restaurants close to the Airbnb. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Rolando is a great host-very friendly and responsive. We had several very nice conversations and were quite impressed with his garden. The apartment was quiet and very well furnished. The location is perfect--although the street is very quiet, it is walkable to Wheaton Mall (including a Costco and Giant supermarket), a huge variety of ethnic restaurants, and the Wheaton Metro Station. All in all, I highly recommend a stay.

Everything about this place was perfect for our family. The location was very close to public transportation in a nice neighborhood. The house was exactly as described in the listing with many extra, thoughtful touches. I hope that this residence is available for us again, because we would definitely stay there again when we next visit relatives in the area.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. We had everything we needed. The suite was modern and spacious and the home itself was in a great area. We loved that it was a convenient location (a reasonable drive to nearby cities such as Baltimore and Washington DC, which we visited) Thanks for making our trip special! :) All the best.

I booked the 'suite' less than a week before my stay. I was fortunate this roomy suite was available & at 70% the price of a lesser hotel room (!) with similar locational proximity to family I was visiting nearby via redline Metro. I highly recommend this to singles and couples looking for a location like this, although the bed is small ish for a couple. I was only their for three nights, but the suite would be fine for a multi-week stay. The bus stops (both directions) could hardly be closer. And hostess Susan is very proactive and responsive. My only minor concerns are not being able to turn off the front door light, I didn't need the motion detector light near the bed which came on occasionally when I rolled over in bed, and the noise from the dog(s) from the main residence upstairs can be heard in the ground level suite. Like I said these are minor concerns and I'll bet Susan could mitigate my two lighting concerns.

Wow! That was an incredible vacation in your home. Thank you for creating and sharing a space that felt both like a home away from home, and a vacation destination. Everything about your home was amazing and thoughtful - from the peaceful outside living spaces, to the high quality bathroom towels, to the well stocked pantry, to the bottle of wine waiting for us after a day of traveling, and much more. We also really loved Takoma Park - close to DC and yet this small community had culture and a positive vibe. Thank you!

Adriana has a beautiful home that we made our own for 10 days. My parents and I absolutely loved our experience, everything we needed was provided. The home has a warm aesthetic and is perfect for a family getaway. Highly recommend Adriana’s home for anyone visiting DC.

Chris's place is in a beautiful, sweet, quiet neighborhood full of beautiful homes and a vibrant community. It is very walkable and we had a great time exploring.

Perfecte locatie voor een aantal dagen Washington DC. Ruimte is relatief groot, en van alle gemakken voorzien (waaronder een wasmachine en een droger!!!). Gelegen in een eclectische buurt, ongeveer 7 minuten naar het dichtstbijzijnde metrostation. Een tip om ook een van de deelfietsen of steps te gebruiken in de buurt om de buurt te verkennen. Zo voel je echt hoe de buurt in elkaar steekt!

Megan is an accommodating and communicative host. She answered questions quickly, and was flexible in letting me check out an hour later and shipping a couple small packages to her house. The neighborhood is walkable, there is plenty nearby, and it was a great home base for my week in DC.

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

Quaint basement studio with ample space and very roomy. Can comfortably sleep 2-3 adults. The most beautiful backyard. Has all the amenities.

Chris’s places was wonderful! It felt so cozy because everything is well thought. The studio has a living area with a lot for entertainment such as a TV, books and games. I personally loved the bathroom as a girl who likes getting my makeup and her done I found everything to be very accommodating. In terms of the location it was perfect giving that we rented a car and its close to a bus station but it might be a bit of a walk to get to the nearest metro station. We would definitely come back!

Katherine and Bruno were great hosts. Always willing to help and make recommendations. The apartment was clean and cozy. A pleasant surprise was how kids friendly the place was - lots of toys and activities to keep the little one engaged. Their backyard is also quite attractive to slightly older kids than ours and they graciously allow us to use the toys and equipment they have installed for their family. Once checked in, they were quite responsive over text messages and were always available for a chat if needed. The sleeping arrangements are comfortable for two people, 4 can barely fit- but that's clearly mentioned in the listing. The only thing to keep in mind - if the weather is changing drastically throughout your stay- too hot/cold- as it did in our case, make sure to communicate your preference for the AC/heating. Some of that control needs to be adjusted by them, so be mindful and let them know at a reasonable hour - they will gladly adjust things to your preference and comfort

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable garden level brownstone unit. It was super clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the whole place had lots of thoughtful touches. It was very close to bus stops and easy to catch a ride-share. A few grocery stores were within 10 minutes walking distance. The street was clean, safe, and felt like a little private area in the middle of the big city. Also, it was a 3 minute walk to a parking garage, for those who are bringing a car. I would definitely stay here again!

Willie's place was just as pictured- super clean and free of clutter living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We had an issue getting into the unit initially (code was not working) but I called Willie and he IMMEDIATELY answered and the issue was resolved in seconds. Location is great, could walk or an easy Uber/Lyft into the city or around the area. Also downtown Arlington has lots of cute shops. Less than 10 minute drive to the airport too! The only negative is that this is a four unit shared "house" and the stairs to get up to the unit, along with being on the top floor (old squeaky floors) it is very difficult to be quiet during the after hours (even with just walking in and getting ready for bed). Other than that, the stay was perfect and just as described! Thank you Willie!

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

Great place to stay. Close to cafes, restaurants, the metro. Ida’s instructions were great and the accommodation was exactly as described. We loved the accommodation and the neighbourhood and would choose to stay here again.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!

Cheri and Cliff’s home was immaculate! I will absolutely be booking for a future staycation! The bnb was so cute and they were extremely responsive! I was a little nervous that they were staying above the home at first, and despite the footsteps on the ceiling, there were no disturbances whatsoever; it will not deter me from future bookings with them! 10/10
