I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out easy. The location was perfect,short Uber ride to all the DC monuments. Lots of walkable areas such coffee shops and restaurants close to the Airbnb. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I've rented a lot of AirBnbs, and this might be the single best one. It was amazing. The house is gorgeous, and every bit as good as the pictures. it was well equipped, and felt more like a real family home than a rental. we couldn't have been happier.

We loved our stay. It was exactly as pictured. We appreciated the off street parking and the wide steps with handrail going down to the basement. Upon entering, it gave a warm and welcoming vibe. The bed was super comfy. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

It feels like a retreat, with the soothing sound of birds singing and a serene backyard surrounded by nature—yet it’s just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and more. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. We had everything we needed. The suite was modern and spacious and the home itself was in a great area. Eric’s place is wonderful in a very quaint neighborhood! Communication with Eric was excellent. The home is very comfortable and accommodating for families and large groups visiting. We were in town checking out the DC sites and the proximity from the home to the Glenmont Metro was close and easy. The kitchen is well equipped with just about every appliance or cooking utensil you could need to whip up a meal. There’s two washer and dryers and plenty of towels which is really convenient for large groups. The backyard hot tub was nice for relaxing especially after a 20,000 step day exploring DC (phew!) I would most definitely recommend this home and host!

My daughter and I enjoyed this wonderful space. It is walkable to Friendship Heights metro, restaurants, a movie theater, grocery stores. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We will definitely be back!

Chris's place is in a beautiful, sweet, quiet neighborhood full of beautiful homes and a vibrant community. It is very walkable and we had a great time exploring.

Perfect location for a few days in Washington DC. Space is relatively large, and equipped with all comforts (including a washing machine and a dryer!!!). Located in an eclectic neighborhood, about 7 minutes to the nearest metro station. A tip to also use one of the shared bicycles or scooters in the neighborhood to explore the neighborhood. This way, you can really get a feel for how the neighborhood works!

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

We enjoyed a comfortable 8-day stay here. Trust the people who left reviews on Airbnb—everything is clean and conveniently arranged. The space is private and independent, offering peace and quiet. The host’s attention to detail is evident everywhere. We especially appreciated the warm air heater in the bathroom—it was such a nice touch. We highly recommend this place!

Quaint basement studio with ample space and very roomy. Can comfortably sleep 2-3 adults. The most beautiful backyard. Has all the amenities.

Chris’s places was wonderful! It felt so cozy because everything is well thought. The studio has a living area with a lot for entertainment such as a TV, books and games. I personally loved the bathroom as a girl who likes getting my makeup and her done I found everything to be very accommodating. In terms of the location it was perfect giving that we rented a car and its close to a bus station but it might be a bit of a walk to get to the nearest metro station. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable garden level brownstone unit. It was super clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the whole place had lots of thoughtful touches. It was very close to bus stops and easy to catch a ride-share. A few grocery stores were within 10 minutes walking distance. The street was clean, safe, and felt like a little private area in the middle of the big city. Also, it was a 3 minute walk to a parking garage, for those who are bringing a car. I would definitely stay here again!

Willie's place was just as pictured- super clean and free of clutter living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We had an issue getting into the unit initially (code was not working) but I called Willie and he IMMEDIATELY answered and the issue was resolved in seconds. Location is great, could walk or an easy Uber/Lyft into the city or around the area. Also downtown Arlington has lots of cute shops. Less than 10 minute drive to the airport too! The only negative is that this is a four unit shared "house" and the stairs to get up to the unit, along with being on the top floor (old squeaky floors) it is very difficult to be quiet during the after hours (even with just walking in and getting ready for bed). Other than that, the stay was perfect and just as described! Thank you Willie!

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

Great place to stay. Close to cafes, restaurants, the metro. Ida’s instructions were great and the accommodation was exactly as described. We loved the accommodation and the neighbourhood and would choose to stay here again.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!

Cheri and Cliff’s home was immaculate! I will absolutely be booking for a future staycation! The bnb was so cute and they were extremely responsive! I was a little nervous that they were staying above the home at first, and despite the footsteps on the ceiling, there were no disturbances whatsoever; it will not deter me from future bookings with them! 10/10
