This basement apartment was adorable and the hosts thought of everything to make this convenient. We never saw them, but it was nice knowing they were upstairs. Yes, occasional footsteps due it being an older but remodeled home, but not the least disturbing. Thank you to Lauren for all the attention to detail. Bed was very comfortable too!

Had a great stay! I was visiting DC for the first time with my girlfriend, who is a DC native for Mother’s Day weekend. The place was affordable and clean, just like the photos, and had everything I needed; free parking, WiFi, and even some refreshments, which was a nice touch. The location was super convenient and close to a lot of spots I wanted to check out. The only minor issue was the dogs and family upstairs being a bit loud at times, but we understood since the hosts live above and that’s to be expected. Miguel was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend—10/10!

Stacey's guest house was perfect! It exceeded expectations. Stacey is a great host. Her place is very clean, very comfortable, very close to Washington DC, and the neighborhood is fantastic. Everything was great. Love the fact that it was only a 10min drive to the pool where my water polo tournament was held. I got lucky almost every night with parking, which was in front. One day I had to park around the corner but it wasn’t a far walk at all. They gave me places to eat and drink which worked out when I met an HS friend. Communication was great. Every other day or so they would check on me to see if I needed something, not in person but through messages. Which was great. Tv was loaded with apps, all you needed was you sign in info. Will totally rent from them again.

Joel was very communicative. I was on a work related trip so I certainly appreciated the flexibility with check in and check out. Had I been on a leisure trip with friends, the fun decor would have made for a great time. I appreciate the space being available and clean with the last minute booking!

Evans place was just terrific for our needs. It was clean and bright. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked. The bathroom was clean, well lit, equipped with switch for extra warm air, and the shower had great pressure. The sheets and bedding were pretty and soft. The outside lighting was good, and the area felt safe. Evans was helpful, responsive and friendly. We will definitely come back again. Thanks Evans!

what a perfect apartment we enjoyed our stay so much it was only three blocks from the subway which gave us perfect access to the city and everything in the apartment was sparkling clean and new there was so many options for lighting that was a plus also the toilet paper was very nice and we appreciated that so much it's because all the other airbnbs don't care about that the tea selection for the Keurig was wonderful the soap in the shower was so nice as well. Tony was very friendly and hospitable and gave recommend gave recommendations of where to get coffee. also we left our game console and my cup after checkout and Tony was kind enough to mail them both back to us. taking time out of his day we appreciated this so much we offered extra payment/ reimbursement for the shipping cost. overall a five-star experience and will definitely stay there the next time we're in town. the area of Noma is very Charming safe and beautiful

Edward was one of the most proactive, responsive AirBnB stays that we've ever had. Clear instructions via text beforehand and during check out, nicely detailed book with recommendations and details about the stay in a binder inside, pristine place with everything we needed in the kitchen, and even a fun dog that made our trip even more memorable. We lucked out finding this space available and would love to come again.

Happy with our stay, accommodation was clean, tidy and suited our needs for our short time we were there. Location was nice and surroundings beautiful. Parking was fist in first served but that didn't bother us. Thank you for hosting us, would happily stay again.

This Airbnb is aesthetic, cozy, and easy to find. My honey and I loved staying here. The space was beautiful and conveniently located. Everything was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. The neighborhood is lovely and safe. Antonio was very prompt with responses. We would definitely recommend this stay and would come back again without a second thought.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Jacob's place. The apartment is comfortable, clean and roomy. Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen seemed well stocked and was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and there's a nice walking trail very nearby. Jacob is very nice and came and greeted us as soon as we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Michael's place has minimalist yet cozy style, simple and clean. I love the stairway approach to the basement apartment, it feels so intimate, private, and secure. The neighborhood felt very quiet and walkable, though I did not spend much time there. Bonus for the bikeshare station across the street. Michael's amazing instructions and descriptions precluded my needing to communicate with him much directly, but when I did, he was prompt in his response and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if it is available.

Enjoyed my stay here. Everything listed in the description was accurate. Blankets were plentiful. Amenities were great. Place was beautiful. Loved that snacks and water were provided. Private parking with external camera on garage. Location is perfect. Grocery stores, pharmacies, food and shopping all within 10-20 minutes of the location. And its about 30-45 minutes from DC. One thing to note is that cell service is bad. Once out of the neighborhood you get service back. Get on the wifi and you are good. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Graham was a fantastic host. Extremely responsive and expectations/instructions very clearly laid out. Place was extremely clean and location was incredible. Easy to get to Union Station, Stanton Park, The Capital, Eastern Market and H St Streetcar which can easily get you to places like the Queen Vic. Im shocked this place isn’t more expensive per night - bed was comfortable, AC worked perfectly, no smell, and didn’t feel like you were in an English basement. 10/10 highly recommend staying at this location, probably best place Ive stayed at.

Home was lovely and the best location. Quiet but centrally located to main shopping. Xiaowen was so accommodating and even gave me recommendations on places to eat and things to see! Will stay again for sure!!

Very well appointed kitchen. I really enjoyed being able to easily cook. the washer and dryer were so nice and better than mine at home! The hosts were very responsive and nice. We enjoyed the Studio Ghibli theme and even watched a movie.

We had a great experience staying at Lili’s place for a work trip. The apartment was extremely clean and located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We had everything we could need for a week. Lili was attentive to our needs and very communicative.

I enjoyed my stay at Claire’s apartment for a couple of weeks while visiting family in the area and also working remotely. The space is peaceful, clean, quiet, tastefully decorated and comfortably minimalist. I had everything I needed for a wonderful stay and Claire was an excellent host. I look forward to staying again.

This place is probably as comfortable as it gets. A very well appointed apartment where the hosts pay attention to every little detail. Great for a longer stay. The area is very convenient, near the metro, shopping, restaurants etc. David and Nadiya are wonderful hosts who try to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend it!
