Great place in the centre of Chester! 10 of us stayed for a hen do and this place was perfect with a big downstairs social space - the living room sofa was great for relaxing together, and the dining table comfortably sat us all together and it was nice having the breakfast bar so we could chat together while we made brews! Having 5 bathrooms for 10 of us was great and the beds were comfy. Good location for a variety of different hen activities around the city centre (we were never more than a 20 min walk from the house). Little Roodee car park was easier for us all to park in. Thanks for a lovely stay!

A fantastic place to stay if you are visiting Chester. Ten minutes walk into the city centre. Quiet residential area. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed and more. A very warm and welcoming home from home! Thoughtful welcome basket and milk in the fridge. Great communication from Jo. Highly recommend and will stay again if ever in Chester.

A wonderful home for my partner, dog and I to spend Christmas. We used this as a home base to visit family and friends and were pleasantly surprised at just how close it is to both Queens Park and King George playing fields. This meant beautiful dog walks at both morning and night, and she seemed to be just as content in the house as my partner and I. Everything worked perfectly and was in pristine condition, with Stephen providing clear instructions for entry, along with a milk for those morning cups of tea. Would happily book again.

Definitely recommend this place, very comfy and spacious! You can hear noise at night and in the morning but this is due to the location, you can’t really complain☺️ Comfort, design and location was 10/10, will be back x

Absolutely nice place. Besides being very clean, The whole house is so organised, and there’s a detailed manual that answers all your questions from turning on the TV to getting food nearby or catching a bus around. Great value for money 👍👍

Really nice house in a very convenient location. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating with a last minute booking.

The location is excellent—close to the train station and within walking distance of the town center. The room is clean and well-maintained, and the shower provides consistently hot water. Josh is friendly and helpful—just let him know if you need anything.

Great terrace house in a residential area off the main road, so easy to get around by car and less than half hour walk into town. The on street parking is actually parking half on the pavement, which caught us a little off guard with a low car but was manageable.

Had a wonderful stay. Absolutely beautiful home, had everything we needed and way more. Definitely had the wow factor and a luxury feel. Claire our host was great, so helpful when we had an issue with the power (a local power outage). All in all fantastic, we would highly recommend

Comfortable stay in walking distance to the city. Good walks in nearby park and along the canal.

We enjoyed the place very much. Clean, beautifully decorated, loved loved the fireplace and kitchen had everything we needed. In a great location, easy to reach the center of the city. We would definitely go back. The one thing was we needed extra towels. (It’s my thing) but I reach out & the next day we had them. Very grateful. Also the second bathroom was downstairs. Great location and the two flat layout (We had both of Jessica’s flats) worked very well for our family gathering. There were all the facilities for our family meal at the accommodation and close to centre of Chester for pubs restaurants shops etc. Well presented and lovely and clean essential for us as we had a very young child in our party. We had a good few cars and were able to park in the streets nearby even on a very busy horse racing weekend. We would readily book again as we felt we only scratched the surface of what was interesting to us in Chester and the surrounding area.

Fantastic location, central to everything, great shops and bars all within a short stroll. Nicely set out accommodation with two double bedrooms and bathrooms on two separate floors so both us and our friends had privacy. Exactly as described and great communication whenever I had a question pre travelling or during the stay, would highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay if you want to go to town or the races would recommend
