Family-friendly holiday rentals in Cheshire West and Chester

A lovely few days away while we visited Chester Zoo. No problems at all, very comfortable and welcoming. Thank you.

I had a lovely stay at The Nest, the place was so homely and beautiful, everything was so clean and the kitchen had all the necessary items in it, so no need to bring things with me. Rachael was a fantastic host, she was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home.

We loved the farmhouse, it was very spacious, the facilities were excellent, the hot tub was fab! Lovely garden with plenty of shade (were lucky with a hot weather weekend!) . Very good location for visiting Chester / Blue Planet Aquarium etc. We had local family joining us for a buffet lunch one day and there was plenty of crockery/ cutlery/ serving dishes etc. Ben was swift to respond to/sort out a couple of minor issues, and was very helpful. We would definitely like to come and stay again! Thank you!

What can I say, The Old Parlour at Cheshire Boutique Stays was simply incredible! I was lucky enough to get a last minute booking at this stunning barn and it exceeded all expectations, from the stunning interior, incredible bath and perfect location. Rachael, you have an amazing eye for interiors! We can’t wait to book our next trip very soon!

Lovely house. Super clean, hot tub was great and the pool table was a great addition. Secure paddock for the dog to run around and the host was amazing moving the sheep and alpacas into the far paddock to accommodate. Would book again.

Beautiful converted barn in beautiful surroundings. Lots of space and well equipped, ideal for a group of friends to relax, cook nice food and enjoy the hottub with beautiful countryside views. would definitely recommend 👌

Lovely Airbnb, perfect for a family gathering. Very spacious and we loved the big living area. Will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely amazing property. We came here for our parents' joint 70th birthday and it was PERFECT. The games room, hottub and garden provided loads of entertainment for everyone. The views from the garden are amazing as well. Sophie and Lucy were super responsive and even went out to get a new BBQ for us when the existing one broke. Would definitely recommend and would come back in an instant

We had a great stay here, our two young kids loved the farm setting and the animals.

Thanks for a lovely stay. Kids absolutely loved staying on a bus and didn't want to come home. Hosts were great, good communication and information sent over. Bus was exactly as described. Close to town centre and lots of restaurants/activities etc. Nice and quiet and overlooked a nice field with good views. As i say, really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Stay in this place for our small family 2+1 and dog was a nice experience. Peaceful quiet location with a stunning view out of busy city. Well equipped kitchen. Nice garden.

Alison’s property was chosen as a central location for family to come and visit during our stay. Very friendly host and well equipped holiday let. Plenty of dog blankets/throws, toilet rolls, towels and tea towels. Thoughtful ‘get you in pack’ covering the basics you’ll need for a cuppa and snacks. Plenty of emergency condiments and toiletries if you need them. I worked from ‘home’ during our stay, the WiFi didn’t let me down. A fantastic find!

Lovely barn conversion. Ideal for 2 couples and a complete home from home. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and a downstairs loo too. Lovely comfy beds and the seating area outside was ideal for a sunny morning cuppa. Clare is the perfect host, on hand if needed :-) Location is ideal for Chester and taxis are readily available. Local pub within walking distance selling good real ales and has a reasonable food offering.

We were attending a local wedding and Sue’s place was just perfect! It’s amazingly presented, spotlessly clean and the breakfast provisions, chocolates & lollies etc were all just unexpected bonuses. Sue was very helpful and friendly. If we return again we’ll definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in Chester. We were able to walk in to town (about 20mins). The house was clean and was exactly what we needed.

We had a wonderful stay. Hayley's place had everything we needed and she'd gone above and beyond our expectations with the thoughtful items she provided. It was spotlessly clean, we found the location perfect, and enjoyed walking into Chester.

Lovely little bungalow nice garden to sit out in .great transport links easy walk to train station direct to Liverpool or wales .found the bungalow like a holiday home that made you feel at home . Very quiet location I found it very tranquil and my wife loved it to will definitely book again it’s was just ideal thank you Barbara for providing a really nice bungalow that made us feel like we were having a nice holiday home to relax in and enjoy our stay .

This was our second stay in the cottage & it didn’t disappoint. The communication following our booking & prior to arrival was amazing & Libby was extremely helpful. The cottage is so well maintained & cared for & in a beautiful location. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay in the cottage & I’m certain we will be back again! Thank you Libby x

I had a very pleasant stay. Monika was present and flexible with check in and out even though I arrived relatively late. The little house is gorgeous, clean, and comfortable, though not very insulated. Plenty of extra amenities were provided for my stay, and it was walkable to the city centre. Loved it

Steve’s Accomodation was exactly as described, and in some ways even better! A very comfortable apartment that felt like a home away from home! Very clean, well decorated and laid out. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us appliances to cook our own food, which was nice. The perfect place to stay to explore the wonderful, friendly town of Wrexham!
