Gracious and accommodating hosts— great stay (location + price) overall! I’d recommend this stay to a small family, a couple or single traveler (male or female). Very safe neighborhood and close to all of the best parts in Waynesville. (I recommend: Orchard Church & Orchard Coffee)

Perfect spot for a night stay to see family. Very comfortable and spacious for a studio, perfect for what we needed surrounded by beautiful views. We will definitely look for their listing again when we are back in town.

This place was perfect. I was right downtown, walkable to everything DT Sylva has to offer. The place was clean and well stocked. I can't recommend this place enough and we'll definitely be back in the future!

The property manager immediately responded to my text regarding a question about a very minor issue that we ran into the issue was fixed within 30 seconds. That is awesome communication with your clients. They really care. They were very attentive.

We had a very nice stay, the porch and backyard area is very peaceful. Although you are close to an interstate, you generally don't hear the noise outside due to the sound of the water, and it is quite inside. I enjoyed sitting outside, listening to the birds, and watching the duck in the creek. The hot tub is spacious and clean, and the apartment has everything you need. There is plenty to do around the area, hiking, restaurants, gift shops, etc. The driveway is steep, but there is a parking spot near the top that wasn't an issue to get in and out of. I would stay again and explore more in the area. The hosts were very responsive to all messages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Loriel and Adam’s place. It was very clean, quiet and had a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. Loriel and Adam were excellent communicators, checking in with us ahead of our visit to ask whether we had any questions, etc. We would definitely try to stay there again if/when we return to the area.

Great location I will certainly miss being able to walk right down to the lake. Leslie is a phenomenal host and did a great job of communicating and taking care of any things that came up during our roughly 8 month stay. she was also very accommodating in helping us and other tenants that were impacted by hurricane Helene. kudos Leslie well done!

Jaime and Cris’s home was beautiful and we had a lovely stay. It was super close to town and easy to get in and out. The place was so adorable and the bathtub is amazing! Cris was very responsive and sent us a list of recommendations for the area.

Overall, great spot at Gatlinburg and would recommend for others to stay! LOCATION: The heart of Gatlinburg is within an easy walk's distance. Super close to the Aquarium, The Village Shops, and many others. I was also there for Great Smoky Mountain NP, so the entrance to the nearest Visitor Center (Sugarlands) was about a 10-minute drive! The listing included all the amenities, but it also provided salt, oil, and black pepper. I bought my own and noticed after that they had some in the Bnb. (The listing stated it did not have them). My favorite... the shower's great water pressure. After hiking all day long, coming home to a nice warm, well-pressured shower was so rewarding.

Lovely place, very welcoming and comfortable. My friend and I really enjoyed staying here. There was even coffee available!

We enjoyed our short stay here! The condo was clean, cute, and looked like the photos! It was easy to get to and nice being on the first floor-especially coming with two small children! Tammy was great communicating, provided clear and helpful directions/instructions, and was very friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

This cabin was perfect for two people! We arrived at night after spending the day at Dollywood. Was definitely a steep ride up and a little difficult to see where to turn. Would advise arriving during daylight if possible. Cabin was extremely clean and had all the basics which is exactly what we wanted. The view was great and surrounding area was peaceful even though main strip of Pigeon Forge was a just a short drive away. Would love to stay here again next time we are in the area!

Great place, spacious! Good location. We cooked a dish in the kitchen, the host had kept all the essentials. Delightful experience.

Scott was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. we really enjoyed the condo and had plenty of space for 2 adults. Excellent location! Bed was very comfortable which was a huge bonus.

We loved our stay. It was very easy to get to, and great instructions were given to get into the home. When we walked in it felt like home. I felt safe in the location and it was close enough to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. The only down side was the people in the unit above us were quit nosy. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice vacation!

Great spot for taking in Gatlinburg and exploring the great smoky mountains. The accommodations were clean, location was central and hot tub was perfect after some extremely strenuous hikes. I would highly recommend this rental to all friends and family. Amy was great with communication, check-in and checkout were a breeze. Thanks!

We loved our stay at Myriah's cozy little condo on the river. Being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings with our coffe and watch all the wildlife like geese, herons, ducks, and even a beaver made for a great start to our day. The location was great, off the parkway, but still close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We would definitely stay again. Myriah was easy to communicate with and was very hospitable.

We had a lovely 6-day stay here at the end of May with our two children (1 and 3). We walked downtown from the condo several times. There is also a trolley stop just a few minutes away from the condo partway down Baskins Creek Rd which we utilized a few times when the timing worked out. I reached out to Kay a few months prior and asked if there was a bed mat available in the unit for our 3-year old to sleep on the floor (since we knew our packing would be tight), and she went out of her way to secure one which worked out perfectly. The kitchen was very well-stocked with a crockpot, toaster, blender, ice cube trays, frying pans, baking sheet, mixing bowls with lids, dish drying mat, etc. We made all our meals in the kitchen except dinner upon arrival. The indoor pool was very cold. However, there was so much to do in the area that we didn't have much time to use the pool anyway. Ober Mountain was the highlight of our trip! We saw a couple bears in the parking lot too.

We had an amazing time staying here! Gabriel is a great host and messages were always proactive and very helpful. I felt super comfortable in the space. Loved having a tv in each room with smart tv access. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Floors were super clean as well. The A/C was nice and cold, and WiFi was easy to log into and was super fast. The balcony was nice and peaceful for having morning coffee. Had cell phone service the whole time (Verizon and Visible). Extremely walkable - no hills to climb and you have sidewalks straight to the strip. Took us 5 minutes to walk to Ben and Jerry’s! The pool was great as well and we enjoyed the amenities offered. If I come back to Gatlinburg and want another safe walkable trip I will 100% book again! Loved loved loved. Great place, great host!

Would definitely stay here again. Our family of 6 used every sleeping area, and we were very comfortable. It was clean, and we had everything we needed. The location was great. We took a trip to Dollywood and it was 10 minutes away. Fantastic. We all loved it. Thank you for hosting us and having such a clean place for us!

We really loved Ashley’s place, comfy beds, my wife get in love with the comforter, really nice bathroom… close to the town, we don’t walk bc that they rain a lot… overall everything was perfecto thank you!!
