A well-furnished studio, a very pleasant garden and a soothing sea view. Beach 1 min walk, Royan seafront 15 min quiet walk. A very good time in a cute and ideally located accommodation.

Tiphaine's studio is as described. Very well placed, the balcony is large enough to have lunch and enjoy the superb view of the ocean and the Cordouan lighthouse. Tiphaine is very responsive to our requests and very friendly.

Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

This is a beautiful place to stay on the banks of the Charente which we enjoyed from the canoe but just loved seeing it flowing along edging the grounds. We came on the train which is a very easy journey from Paris to Jarnac. It is then less than an hours walk along the cycle path or quicker along the very quiet road. The market in Jarnac is excellent and there’s some nice cafes and bars. In Bourg Charente itself the bar tabac sells morning baguette and croissants, especially good to put an order in the day before. Also in the village La Ribaudiere restaurant was absolutely amazing and an experience not to be missed. So this is a great place to stay if you are car free like us but bicycles really help too especially with direct access to the 400 km path La Flow Velo. Lots of fun! Thanks to Andrea and Dominic.

Very pleasant stay, we were greeted by Romain on our arrival, very friendly, friendly and very helpful host. the accommodation is very functional and equipped to accommodate families with a baby and children which is really a big plus. We also met Laure, who did not fail to greet us. Very attentive hosts, very clean accommodation in a peaceful and very well decorated place halfway between lake and ocean, spoilt for choice. The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. There was even enough to make a hearty breakfast, a charming attention. The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is very well located while being quiet. It is a perfect base for discovering the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the entry and departure procedures was very clear.

Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the quiet, the view of the trees framing a small piece of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it is not a key box, it is appreciable.

Overall we had a nice stay. Apartment located close to all amenities, very appreciable private parking. Bus stop close to the residence. Very pleasant apartment to live in, very quiet in May. Beautiful walks nearby on the coastal trail. We recommend it.

A real feast for the eyes, and pure rest. The apartment has an extraordinary view of the ocean, and the beach of Les Faucillons is a real paradise. The equipment is excellent, there is absolutely nothing missing, and the comfort is total. There's even parking space available. Royan's activities, are just a few minutes' walk away, and walking on the seafront, or inside the city is the most relaxing. Jacky was very present for all the necessary information, and the concierge team in charge very efficient and very professional for check-in and checkout. I highly recommend it, with family, friends, or alone.
