We had a great weekend of climbing. Hélène is a very welcoming and considerate host. It allowed us to arrive earlier. The house is very good: bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, there is everything you need. The garden is very nice. There is everything you need nearby, 10 minutes by car (beach, supermarket...). We had a wonderful weekend at Olivier's. We were very well received, in person, in this accommodation close to the train station and close to the beaches of Royan. Everything was impeccable, Olivier was very accommodating. The small garden is super nice, for eating outside or for playing a board game. There are all the amenities inside, real separate rooms. I would this place without any restrictions.

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped.
