Well-located and charming accommodation, in a typical neighborhood close to the ocean where the must-see corners of Royan can be visited on foot. In the evening, the nights are quiet and the mattress is comfortable. Thanks to Hugo for his responsiveness and kindness. We'll be back!

My husband and I loved the apartment and Pierrick and Eve were very welcoming and helpful. Little personal touches like fresh flowers completed the feeling of being at home. Beautiful surroundings, excellent location and perfect amenities. A gem. Would highly recommend it and would come back.

A dreamlike house in the idyll of west France! We had a wonderful time as a family in the beautiful house Colibri in Médis. We are very thankful for Hélène and Delphine being warmly welcoming to us and tremendously friendly, uncomplicated and extremely helpful. Very nice accommodation, in line with the description and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

The accommodation is very nice, well arranged and tastefully decorated. Everything you need is available, with real attention to detail. The terrace, with its table and sun loungers, is also a real plus! The only small downside: the tenants downstairs are quite noisy.

We had a great weekend with the family at Valerie's house. The accommodation is very close to the center but quiet. The house is very nice, new with a nice garden. We were able to do everything on foot (beach, restaurants, walks, shopping). Communication was very easy because the owners live right next door. Short perfect stay!

the welcome was perfect. the ideal accommodation for a family of 5 even if a little refreshment would be required. the structures are pleasant. the port and its amenities are within walking distance. we recommend this accommodation and once again, special mention for the welcome.

Mylène and Laurent were lovely from the time of our booking, very flexible and available. The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations and we were even pleasantly surprised by all the equipment that was in the accommodation.
