Kathleen’s home was a beautiful place to stay. The accommodations were comfortable and modern, the home was very clean and clutter free. There was plenty to do in the area, the check in process was very simple and clear, as was the checkout process as well.

We had a family gathering and this house was the perfect place for 8 people. Two more could have joined into this space. There are several shared spaces -two living rooms and a studio space-. The large dining room table could fit 11 people. With the proximity to green areas, we got to see rabbits and a wolf, but were mostly visited by birdsong. The pool area is in a separate building that has a game room, the outdoor pool, and outdoor chairs and tables under a roof (providing protection from sun and rain). The house is a 4 minute drive to a large grocery store. We greatly enjoyed staying in this well kept 1800s house. It feels very welcoming, bringing us to the heritage of this city.

We had a wonderful stay with Kathy. Her place is perfect for toddlers (as long as they are supervised). Across the pool, feeding the animals, and exploring Bucks County, there’s no shortage of adventures.

Sean was absolutely incredible! Due to an unexpected issue with our previous stay, we had to book last minute—and he welcomed us without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property itself is stunning—serene, safe, and beautifully maintained. Five stars all around!

A truly exceptional stay! The Elegant Chateau in Philadelphia was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need (even things you wouldn’t think of!). It’s the perfect space for entertaining while still allowing for privacy and comfort. One of the highlights for me was knowing it’s Black-owned, which made supporting this stay even more meaningful. I was proud to host family here. Whether you’re visiting during warm or cold months, the property is ready—swimming and grilling in the summer, cozy and well-equipped in cooler weather. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from start to finish. Only word of advice: keep your trash secured—there are some bold raccoons who like to make evening appearances, but they didn’t take away from an otherwise perfect experience. I’ve already recommended this gem to others and will definitely be returning myself. Highly recommend!

We came to Cindy’s place for a High School graduation. It was an easy 18 minute commute to Lawrenceville. The house accommodated our party. There was lots of room for our 10 guest in the house, Great kitchen to cook in. The yard was big and spacious. Areas to throw a football, kids to play on the playground and area for adults to gather at the pool and cabana. Communication and check in was all easy.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

Pauline’s place was amazing , our family and friends stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we got to enjoy the pool / beautiful outdoor space & AC / game room inside on a hot weekend. Every time we had a question they were quick to respond. We hope to return soon, perfect for a weekend get away.

Allison & Timothy are exceptional hosts. They gave precise instructions which are easy to follow. Their place is super clean and very nice. They responded to our messages usually within minutes if not immediately. The neighborhood is also very nice with friendly neighbors too. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and clean. Great privacy and outdoor setting. Perfect for quiet residential get away. I love the area and familiar with Philadelphia. If you are looking to travel into the city a little inconvenient, however if you are a family and want quality as rather than site seeing this is a perfect location. Host was extremely responsive and gracious.

This place was beautiful, spacious so comfortable and homey. Junior was so friendly and welcoming. He checked in and was committed to making sure we had an amazing stay. If ever in Philly, we will always want to stay here ! The location was amazing. It was close to so much shopping and food and given our trip was a bit hectic this saved us ! We will definitely be back !

Mark’s place was impeccable in so many ways. It was super clean and there was attention to every detail from the coffee to the bows on the toilet paper. My main concern before booking was the safety of the neighborhood. Mark assured me it was safe and he was right!! The neighbors were super friendly and we walked to several restaurants, meeting nothing but great people on the way. Mark’s place was worth every penny and we made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you so much, Mark! I give this place a 10 out of 5!!!

Highly recommend this property! It is quiet and tucked away, the perfect retreat for a quiet getaway. My friend and I stayed for another friend’s engagement party nearby, and Kelly’s property was the perfect location. It is exactly as described, and an exceptionally clean place. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great location, lovely home, and very responsive host.

Ram was super accommodating to us, setting up a crib and highchair for our son, and even getting us batteries for his favorite toy.

Orlando was such an amazing host ! He was very helpful and responded quickly to my messages. He was proactive and contacted me to set the AC remotely for us since it was going to be an extremely hot day. This house felt like home, it was soooo comfortable and prefect for a large family of 17 with multiple children and toddlers!! The kids absolutely loved the playground in the yard and the toys that were located in the basement. I highly recommend this home for large families with children!

Great accomodations with plenty of room for our family over a wedding weekend. Everything was well appointed and Ward was an extremely helpful and responsive host! Highly recommend!

Lisa's place was such a fun, unique stay for my family (which includes a 2.5yo). Very kid friendly and the neighborhood is great -- my wife and I were able to get some work done at the nearby coffee shops, we had great family breakfasts every day at the local spots, and the drive to the touristy parts of Philly is not bad at all as long as you avoid rush hour! We would absolutely stay here again next time we visit Philly.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and very comfortable! You can walk barefooted and have nothing sticking to the bottom of your feet. We were impressed by attention to detail. The host stocked the bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials. We felt safe and secure at all times. And, free parking. Will definitely stay here our next trip to Philadelphia.

I thoroughly enjoyed Rodolfho and Juli's place. It was cozy, clean & well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the large walk-in closet was an extra plus. I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived that Rodolfho & Juli not only provided me a small gift basket of goodies, they left me a beautiful hand-written note to welcome me. They were so easy to communicate with and responded to any question or request very quickly. I really liked the area they live in. It was peaceful and their backyard was very relaxing. Most of all, I was impressed by how genuinely nice and decent they are. I would heartily recommend their suite to anyone looking for a comfortable place for a very fair price. Five (5) stars!

Suzanne’s place was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were traveling with two small children and Suzanne graciously offered to put up a pack and play for us and provide beach towels for our Sesame Place trip. She is responsive, thoughtful, and very helpful. Thank you for everything Suzanne! Would definitely recommend her place and would love to stay again.

Sometimes the pictures are real but in person it looks different however this house the pictures show exactly BUT in person was amazing.. the little details but not to much! It was amazing clean private and so much todo. I would definitely recommend this house and also me and my family will definitely return.

Being located near Fishtown has a lot of appeal. The bedroom with the king bed on the top floor is very spacious and features its own bathroom. The outdoor area is vibrant and colorful due to the mural and is enclosed, making it a great space for families with children. If you arrive on a weekday at 4:00 PM, there is on-street parking available close to the house. However, finding parking on weekends may be more challenging. Please be aware that the surrounding area is still undergoing revitalization, so some areas may not be safe for walking. It’s important to exercise caution and be smart about your surroundings.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to get ready for my wedding day! The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing our bridal party to gather and prepare in the space. The home was spotless and beautifully styled—clean, bright, and full of natural light. It was the ideal backdrop for our getting-ready photos and made the morning so much more special. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful space for our big day!
